Suicidal Goose.. oh my...
Yes, believe it or not, I saw a suicidal goose today. It began in Language Arts, my first class. I have a seat near the window, and on the edge of the cafateria building, was a goose, looking liek it was ready to jump... there wasn't enough space for it to take off, but I doubt if it would have been seriously injured, but it was the funniest looking thing.

Yes, a bit random, but who really cares?

Gay Marriages...
Now this is obviously an over-debated subject, but I'd thought I'd share my views on it, since the thread in OB was shut-down...

Alright, so, question one... is it lawful? Of course it is. It says no-where in the constitution that two male or female homo-sexuals are not allowed to get married. Question two... is it morally correct? In my opinion, yes. If two people love each other, no matter what their gender, for God's sake, it's none of my business if they wanna get married. I was shocked in my Language Arts class a few days ago, as we were having a class discussion on Hitler and his beliefs. As you know, one of Hitlers beliefs was that gays were "imperfect", and it seemed some of my class-mates agreed. Several went so far as to say "it's disgusting" or "wrong" or that they should be sent out of the country. Their blunt-ness surprised me, as I hadn't known any of them to be such.. well, sexists. After class, turning to my friends for some relief, I was even more surprised at THEIR reactions. Though CLAIMED not to be sexist towards gays, they continuely repeated the phrase "It's not wrong to be gay, just wrong to do gay", wich I think is as sexist as anything.

My personal beliefs are that any sexual mind-set, including homo-sexuality and bi-sexuality, are completely and un-deniebly morally correct. How can we convict some one because of their mind-set? It's not their fault anyway! Why are people so disgusted?

You may have to answer these questions for yourself.

Passion of the Christ
You've probably heard of this new movie, directed by Mel Gibson, about the last twelve hours of Jesus' life. If not, then this is going to be one of the most revolutionary films ever created. Reviews are saying that it's the most accurate biblical movie to date. But why would Mel go through the trouble? Because he's a good christian? Because he wanted to move people? Probably both.

The most interesting thing about this film, is the fact that it's so realistic, even in the bloodier parts of Jesus' life. Wich is why some parents are a little sceptical, but on the news I've heard that many people come out crying, and sincerely moved by it. It doesn't open to the public until Wednesday (ash wednesday) but many have already seen it.

First post: cont.
Well well well... you came back for more aye? Well, I guess I'll just tell you about my super-cool, totaly-awesome- stick-figure comic!! Yes, that's right, I made a comic series with stick-figures. However, they aren't NORMAL stick-figures! That's right, they are ADVANCED stick-figures.

Alright, the comic is called "Heko the Tiny Knight", and it is very funny... at least in my friend's opinion. If I had my scanner hooked up, I would show you, but I don't so I'll get on with it.

The first episode was more of a joke than a serious idea, it started with a small, love-able (well, maybe not love-able) knight, yes a stcik-figure with armor, wandering his limited panel space for monsters. Of course, he got what he wanted. It would usualy end up with Heko (Hek-oh)being eaten or burnt to a cinder. But from that, it grew. Now I've gone from an abusive cartoonist episode, to an episode about his adventures in Heaven and Hell. Pretty wierd aye?

I have recently made a second comic with Heko... "Kung-Fu Heko". Yes, our love-able hero now has a head-band, little japanese shoes, and a katana. Of course, he needed an arch-rival, so I took a character from a previous episode (Gordy the demon) and made him into a martail artist as well. I have to say, it was the best installment yet... but that's for others to decide.
