the BEATLES!!
Alright, so if you don't know already, I AM A BEATLES NUT!! You can even listen to Beatles melodies on my MIDI player below the pic... I'll be switching songs every now-and-then, but currently it's Strawberry Fields Forever, one of my favorites.
The Beatles were more than just a band... they revolutionized pop/rock as we know it. I'll even quote from a book... "Every one of their songs either tested or redrew the limits of pop sensibility". Ain't that somethin? Even though most of them are dead, their music, as you well know, is STILL listened to through-out America and England alike. I only wish I could visit Liverpool, and see Penny Lane, and Strawberry Fields (yes, it's a real garden), and maybe even Abbey Road... but anyway, there ya have it... my dreams of going to England to see a 60's pop/rock band's hometown... right.
