Slider: experiment 374010. Attempt to make invulnerable solder. Process destabilizing atomic structure: high speed rotation and revolving around energy field of high radiation levels I.E. small blue sun. at the speed .00001 of light energy ray targets body at once per revolution. Energy is of specimen 214428 AKA “Chi”.
Near end of process the artificial star nearly reached nova, as a counter measure the rotation and revolution was unnaturally increased to .03 of the speed of light. The additional energy of the artificial star was fused with the host by a combination of centrifugal force, static electricity, and high magnetism. Body of volunteer was severely burned but still alive. 4 hours after being sent to the infirmary the volunteer’s body secreted a blue oily substance. The substance covered his whole body and started pulsating. The substance solidified as the volunteer’s new skin then merged with his hair. Opening his eyes for the first time in a month of recovery we notices that they had a reflective coating. Under further inspection we noticed that he had gained the abilities that our top scientist had noted. He could skate on any surface, even liquid, and as a self defense mechanism any attack would slide off or through his body without nearly any negative after effects. When an attack went through him it would take a good deal of energy out of him. His power also allowed him to reach much higher velocity than anticipated. His attack was using his subatomic aura of energy to sicken his enemy through radiation or amplifying his attacks’ force by 10 to 30 fold. He was equipped of a special uniform materialized into a nano-fiber power amplifying costume. He was legally dubbed guardian of the Ivory City of Alcanias. Over seeing this project were the elite scientists, Ivan Moore, Fredrick Miner, Alan Lector, and Jessica Styles. That was the last project they all did before Fredrick Miner was bought out by Black Arrow.
