Tribute to Odd Thomas

Because I did nothing today, I'm going to write about Odd Thomas. I loved that book. I practically cried at the end. Anyways, that's it.
Shit, y'know what? I forgot to do the laundrey. Dammit. I don't want to go to school. My brother has a scroll saw, I have a sword. mwahahahahaha........ Mine's not metal and it's not to sharp. Oh well, I love him so much. He's cute really. But it's when he turns evil. He's like Hatsuharu. Good side and dark side. It's scary. He acts like a cute little baby and then turns into a demon.
Back to Odd. Does anyone know the significance of August 15th? That's the day the mass murder occurs. Anyways, besides that, what is so special about it? Hint: It has to do with Elvis and his mom.
