A WALK IN A SOLIDER'S SHOES!
It was a cold night. The rain was falling everywhere it felt like needles. The ground was as cold as ice. The enemy has surrounded us, bullets flying everywhere. This is my LIFE every single day! Nothing I can do to change this war. This is MY FATE MY DESTINY! When I sleep, if I sleep, I keep one eye open. I will give everything I have I WOULD GIVE IT ALL!!JUST TO SHE MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER, she was 6 moths old when I left now she is 3. I don’t now if she remembers me any more. My best friend, Kyle was right there with me. WHAT WAS THAT EXPLOSOIN?!?! NOO THEY ARE BOMBING US! The chaos! Everybody is screaming. The alarm screaming I was running but everything stop!?!?! I truly miss my wife and daughter now. I flashed back to when my daughter was born and my wedding. At that moment, I realized that my only hope to live was the gun in my hand. MATT THERE IS SOMEONE RIGHT BEHIND YOU!! It was Kyle who told me. I turned fired! Once again everything stopped! What happen to my awesome life 3 years ago? Then I realized I need to stop thinking about the past and worry about the fight in front of me! I woke up from that daydreams when I heard the screams of men dying. But by now the raid was over. The enemy was retreating! Victory!? But at what cause? The life of my men? I all ready could hear the screams of their loves ones, crying, and curses when they heard the bad news.


Life of a solider in any war!

I wrote this when I was in 5th or 4th grade.
