Picture Day
Yup, today is picture day. *whoopdy freakin' do* And instead of doing something to make myself look all speacial, I've just dressed for a normal school day. Because frankly, I don't give a flying fart about picture day. In fact, I despise it. It's just another way in which the school and all it's inhabitants can make your self esteem drop five knots. And this year the picture people have decided to add a new feature: retouching. Supposedly, this way if you have alot of zits, the retouching feature will poof them all away from your picture. Y'know that envelope thing you put the money in with all the options on the back? Yea, well my mom decided to pay for retouching as well as the regular package. I don't know whether I should feel insulted or overjoyed. (I'm leaning towards insulted.) She said that it was all so that I'd feel more comfortable handing out my pictures. As if acne is reason I hate giving out pictures of myself! I ONLY hate it because I usually end up looking like some sort of airheaded doofus. So much for happy smiles...

So Tired....
I stayed up just about all night at the party last night...Gah...I am like, dead on feet right now... ....Oh, and to answer a question from the last post, we went swimming once the lightening stopped. Which is still just as dangerous, but oh well...

The first meeting of the Drama Club
Not exactly what I expected, but close enough. All we did was improv today. And Mrs. Whats-her-name said that our first play is going to be Monster Hotel. I've never heard of it, but it's supposed to be a comedy. I really hope I get a part...Blah, anyway, at least now I have something to look forward to when I go to school...Besides seeing my friends of coarse.
Gah, today I almost got into serious trouble. *sigh* Thank god I was able to save myself...See, we had a book report that was due today and I, being a procrastinator by nature, had barely even started. And it really didn't help that I have L-arts first period. So anyway, I asked the teacher if I could turn it in at the end of the day. She said yes. But then at five minutes to the bell she made a list of all the people who hadn't turned one in, which, sadly, was more than half the class. (Oh, but please don't get me wrong, we're not all bad kids.) And then, to my utmost horror, she said that everyone of whom she hadn't received a book report from now had lunch detention in her room AND had to call their parents saying that if they don't turn in a book report by tomorrow, they'd recieve a zero. It wasn't the fact that I now had lunch detention that bothered me, it was my mom. She would flip out if I told her that I hadn't done my assignment. So, thus began the frantic search for the instructions in my backpack, the hurried writing, and the example that stupid Mrs. K**** made of me for not paying attention; which, in fact, is not true in the least. Actually, I WAS paying attention. She was just going on and on about how there are thirty four of us and only one of her, and how we were "out of control" and that our performance was "unacceptable", and yadda yadda yadda! Jeeze, teach, get it through your mind that there are people who can multitask...*sigh* Then came lunch. And by some glorious merical, I was able to hand in my book report, get out of detention, and save myself from the dreaded wrath of my mother...But please, don't think ill of her. Sure she has her moments, but still. She IS my mom and I love her. No matter how scarey she can get.

Great, just Freakin' Great!
*looks at the below post and kicks it* I am thouroughly pisssed now. And yes, I know that is spelled wrong. Gawd, I turn my back for five minutes and already something's lodged itself up my mother's ass! Grrr, all I tried to do was pick a bug off my dog's nose! I was gonna get to my chores, honest! But my mom started freaking out about how I was "stalling". And then Tuffy licks the damn thing right off his snout! For all we know that thing could've been a tick!! .... .... ....Feh, if something bad happens to him, it is not my fault....*sigh* If it weren't for this blindside CD, I think I'd die...

Drama Club
AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH! I can't wait!! This is gonna be so much fun! And I've already convinced three other people to join with me! *sigh* I'm so happy it's frightening....The first meeting of the drama club starts tomorrow at 3:00. I'm so excited, drama is always so much fun...This summer at FAYA (Fine Arts Youth Acadamy) I played as Violete Bourigarde for Charley and the Chocolete Factory. Ah, good times...Espeacially when I almost choked on all the gum I had to chew. Seriously! During rehersal I always used orbit, but when the time came for the actual play itself, they had me use hubba bubba!! Jeeze, those things are freakin' huge! And I had chew two em! At the same time! lol
