Okay here's the rp (don't laugh!)
Nate was jolted awake. His light brown eyes quickly searching for the sorce of the disturbance.
"Get off your lazy ass Nate. Break's over!", it was his older sister Rae.
He grinned, "I'm not lazy and you know it." It's true, he wasn't lazy, not in the least. Nathaniel Jair worked hard everything he did. He didn't necessarally do good at everything, but he worked hard none the less.
She rolled her eyes, "Yeah well, it's still your turn to wait tables... Were you having a bad dream? 'Cause you were muttering something before I woke you up."
"Uh, I'm not really sure.", Nate was reluctant to share his dreams with others. And that was primarally becausethey usually ended up looking at him as if he were some sort of alien from another planet.
Rae glanced at her watch and gasped. "Sorry Nate, I've gotta go. I am so late!"
She threw her apron on a hook next to Nate's and quickly ran out the door.
He started after her for a moment, then thought about his dream. It hadn't been a bad one, but it was weird all the same. There'd been three people dressed all in blue... He shook his head, trying to remember it was like trying to hold water with cupped hands. Each detail slowly slipping away, trickling down to scatter in the far reaches of his sub-concious.
Slowly he got up and made his way to the main room, grabbing his coffee stained apron as he went. Upon entering, he scoffed. There was only one costomer! Shedding an inner smile, he thought, *She always finds a way to exagerate things.* Assuming she'd shook him awake, she had done it with such ergency that it'd led him to beleive that they were under attack or something.
Nate looked at the clock on the far wall and sighed. It was only 1:45. And buisness didn't really start to speed up till 3:00. So he leaned on wall and waited.
OOC- Blahg, that was a crappy ending to my first post. Oh well. On to G-Chan's post....Tomorrow! Sorry, my finger's are starting ot hurt.
