   help!
does some1 want 2 explain this 2 me.
i live in New York so the ball drops on new years eve at 12:00 and thats when we celebrate the new year.
but what about people in other time zones like do people in Cali celebrate New Years at 9:00
since there 3 hours behind us?
i dont get it.
