Positive:
The Emperor represents loyalty to structure and ritual. He represents the masculine aspect in that he is outward and specific with his dealings. The Emperor depicts someone who is successful in business and demands loyalty above all else. The Emperor uses direct analytical thinking when dealing with the situations around him which stands in direct contrast to the emotional or nurturing aspect of the Empress. The Emperor represents a father figure and one in which gives just and honorable advice.

Negative:
When reversed this card represents disloyalty, lack of attention to significant family and business matters, and indifference to what is just and correct. Abusive and vulgar behavior, an untrustworthy individual.

Positive:
