this hapened tho me in my my life .this is my family
David Milligan had been the sole survivor of the blaze. His death late Thursday makes Sunday's fire in the two-story apartment at 1735 W. Missouri Ave. the deadliest in recent history.
David's brother, Eric Lawn, 5, died Sunday along with Corey Stewart, 29. David's mother, Abby Milligan, 30, and a second brother, Tim Lawn, 7, perished a day later.
Fire officials say the downstairs smoke alarm in the apartment wasn't working and the family ended up trapped in the upstairs master bedroom, where they pounded on the window for help.
