   FFVII:AC Update
I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a month.I'm still having those previously mentioned computer problems, which really stinks because I can't ubdate my website until my dad can get me back on the internet again.-_-

On a much more positive note, there's a new preview for FFVII: Advent Children.It looks like some of the other game characters are going to be in it including Barrett and Vincent.Huzzah!I found some pics and a link to the trailer at http://www.ffshrine.org/ffac/ff7ac_preview3.php.Be sure to check out the rest of the sight for other pics and info as well.

   The Problem Continues
My dad switched the modems again and I still can't get on the internet.I have to use my parents' computer for that right now.I had to draw model sheets for an original character for one of my classes, so I did mine for Sakkakumo.I wanted to put them up but I don't want to put any of my files on their computer unless I have to.Hopefully he'll fix the problem soon.We're also considering getting a laptop so maybe we'll get one with an internet connection.At least there are only four more weeks until this quarter ends, then I have a couple of weeks off.I'm hoping that he'll get me connected again before next quarter.

I caught a couple of episodes of Heat Guy J on MTV 2 a couple of days ago.I noticed that one of the characters looks like a male version of Sir Integra Hellsing.I couldn't find a picture of him to show though.

   Computer Problems
I couldn't get on the internet the past few days.My dad decided to change the modem and he couldn't get me connected to the net for some reason.He switched the modems yet again because the other one didn't have the right USB connection and I couldn't get a file that I needed from my jumpstick to print for one of my classes.I don't know why he couldn't have just waited until the end of the quarter, then I wouldn't have needed it for anything.I guess I'm just going to have to use the modem that's connected now until he can get the other one connected to the internet.

   DDR
I thought it was about time that I started on my New Year's resolution to lose weight, but I could never stick with any diet and I don't want to go to a gym.So what do I do?I remembered seeing something on TechTV's X Play (or maybe it was when it was still Extended Play) about Dance Dance Revolution where some people were saying how much weight they had lost.I've seen it at some the anime conventions that I went to and I thought "What the heck."I hate exercising, but I actually enjoyed playing DDR.I just started so I haven't lost weight yet, but hopefully I will in a couple of months.Losing weight slowly this way is better than taking some pill that's probably a fake.And playing DDR is better than doing nothing at all.

I'm working on a commision right now.If you've read the past posts or the guestbook you probably know what it is already.Expect it to be up by this week.

   Doom
I found out recently that school really was closed on Monday, they just didn't tell the news shows apparently.We did have classes on Tuesday, but they closed early.They e-mailed me about the early closing but they didn't e-mail anyone about closing the school on Monday.Go figure.-_-

Speaking of e-mail my inbox was filled with mail saying that my e-mail wasn't sent or that part of an e-mail that was sent to me wasn't recieved.They each had an attachment but luckily I saw TechLive's Security Alert segment.The attachments probably had the MyDoom virus.If you get any e-mail like that I suggest you do yourself a favor and delete it.

On a more positive note: articulosdecuera is doing a video game character contest.It's similar to Flava's anime character contest but with game characters.

   Snow
There's plenty of snow outside, but the Art Institute isn't cancelling classes.I don't want to get stuck at Arlington if the Metro can't go to the outside stops, so I'm not going today.I don't know why they didn't close the school.The other Arlington schools were closed and so were other schools in surrounding areas.Oh well.

I just put up the links to three anime-related websites.I get most of the news from the Anime News Network, I got the gif from Bloodlust, and I got the D artwork from Amano's site, so I figured putting the links up where everyone would see them was the least I could do.I had the links in previous posts, but I don't know how many people look through those.

   Halfway There
I just finished .Hack//Mutation.Now I have to get the third one, but I'm going to wait until they cut the price after the fourth one comes out.Until then I'll start playing FFX-2(If I can get some free time between homework assignments).Thanks for the tip about the area from Infection, SomeGuy.I probably wouldn't have returned there otherwise, and it was pretty cool.

   Winter Quarter
Classes for Winter Quarter starts tomorrow for the Art Institute.The breaks are shorter than other colleges, but I guess that's because classes are split into quarters instead of semesters.

Yoshitaka Amano fans will be pleased to know that a book of his prints has been released in the U.S.I bought a copy at Walden's for $40.(Actually I got it for 35 because I had a coupon.)It includes prints from Vampire Hunter D and Final Fantasy.

I got a suggestion in the guestbook about drawing Inu-Yasha with the Gunmen in Red.I haven't decided if I'm going to do that or not, but I will probably draw Inu-Yasha at some point.I want to get used to drawing him before I draw him with other characters.If I do draw them all together it'll be awhile before I finish it.It depends on how much free time I have.
