Bizarre Love Triangle, Chapter 4!!!
Here's Chapter 4; I'm currently leaning more to a Hinata x Kiba relationship... after all, it's often less done in fan fictions. 'Sides... Naruto's a dope. >w<

Chapter 4

“Moroi… you know that you cannot be seen doing your job.” Rei said, looking over at his sad looking student, “if they’d been hunter nins… not only would you be dead, but the rest of us would be too.” Moroi nodded, looking down at the ground. She’d only realized her mistake after their opponents had mentioned spotting her. Fortunately, they hadn’t pointed out that she was a girl. Without her boobs… her guise as a male worked better.

“I am sorry, Rei-sensei… it will not happen again.” Moroi said, bowing slightly to her sensei. The young man couldn’t help but grin; having such a loyal student was very fortunate on his account. Not only that, but finding the other two shinobi was helpful as well. Their skills would need to be tested, but they’d probably end up joining anyway.

“Good.” Rei said simply, “now… as your punishment… you will have to carry me all the way to Konohagakure.” Then, he jumped onto Moroi’s back, who simply nodded and began to run. The other shinobi had seen Moroi running by… but only barely. She moved so fast, it seemed as if she was a mere blur in the background. Rei was at least double her weight, but that didn’t seem to matter at all.

“C’mon you guys… Moroi’s been forced to carry Rei-sensei again.” Tataku muttered, running off after his teammate and teacher. Takatobi followed shortly afterward, protesting the fact that Moroi was carrying their teacher. Yuki, Guujin and Haruka followed shortly after; they’d been filled in on the mission at the time of Moroi’s punishment.

Running through the forest wasn’t very difficult; after all, the trees were easy to navigate around… well, at least for Moroi. She’d accidentally led most of her comrades into trees already. After yelling her apologies, she continued on the way to Konoha, glad that she was being useful.

“I can’t believe we don’t even get to go searching for the Kage no Jinchu!” Naruto shouted as he, Hinata and Kiba patrolled Konohagakure’s border. Kiba rolled his eyes; Naruto had been ranting like this for the last three hours. It surprised him that the blond ninja hadn’t passed out yet. Hinata merely prodded her index fingers together and looked around, using the Byakugan to scout.

“There’s no one I haven’t seen before around…” Hinata murmured, the two male shinobi not hearing her since they were now fighting in the grass, “maybe Naruto is right… they probably won’t reach Konoha for a long time anyway.” Her comment had broken up the fighting; Kiba was staring at her incredulously, while Naruto had a “HA HA, She agrees with me! DUMBASS!” look on his face.

“B-but Hinata-chan!” Kiba stuttered, surprise now clear in his eyes, “Tsunade-sama ordered we do this! We can’t just go inside and--”

“Can’t stop me!” Naruto shouted, running through the gate’s door and into Konoha. After Hinata helped Kiba up, she followed the blonde ninja into the city. After a stifled sigh, Kiba and Akamaru ran after Hinata, grumbling about how Naruto was a bad influence.

“How can you stand to eat ramen all the time?” Kiba asked, Akamaru chewing on a chicken leg Kiba had given him, “Don’t you ever get sick of it?” Naruto only shook his head, and downed his third bowl of ramen. The sight almost made Kiba barf; how could he stand to eat it nonstop? Hinata was trying out her own bowl of ramen; she didn’t like the noodles very much, but she’d live. After all, maybe Naruto would notice her if she partook in the food he liked?
