panic attack
so yesterday i worked concessions it was scary i dont like dealing with money and there are 6 steps you must follow when you are taking an order and they are:
1)smile
2)greet
3)up sell on drinks and popcorn
4)suggestive selling
5)thank
6)clean counter

they are easy steps i no but i'm such a shy person and if you forget one of the steps then the manager is going to ride your ass so i like being in the back where i stock and make the hot food like pizza and stuff like that that is easy and in the back. today i dont have to work but i have a power point due tomorrow so i need to get that done. i think that is it i'll talk to you guys later.
