I have something to share...
This is mainly for Padfoot, who said I should keep up with the quoting thing (and is the only one who vaguely remembered this scene when I was vaguely remembering it). Plus, Haru is her favorite character.
Haru: Whoa...
I don't believe it.
A strange person just walked in who looks exactly like Yuki. A mystery...
Yuki: I am Yuki!
Haru: But this is...
...the main house.
Yuki: That's why I snuck in.
Haru: *rummage rummage* [gets out camera]
Peace. You too, Yuki. Peace. [As in peace signs, at the camera]
Yuki: What are you doing?!
Haru: In commemoration of your coming to the main house after so long...
And for me.
Yuki: Funny... you don't look sick.
Haru: Oh, I'm not.
I had to know what happened next in this game, so I took the day off. *played hooky*
...[they discuss Rin for a while, Haru says he loves her]
Yuki: I see...
Well, then...
Good luck.
Haru: You, too.
Good luck.
It would help if you'd start calling Honda-san by her first name.
Yuki: I don't want to talk about that.
Haru: Why not?
Yuki: "Why"...? Give it a rest.
Haru: Don't tell me you're embarrassed to call her that, since it's been so long?
Yuki: That's right...
I'm sorry.
Haru: Aww, you're sulking. (holding camera)
C'mon. Give me a peace sign.
Yuki: I'm going home!!
Haha... That, right there, is one of my most treasured scenes. Plus, it's easiest to get a quote from something I'm holding (such as Padfoot's book), as opposed to something I gave back to Padfoot :P. *Ahem* I am planning on getting the books, by the way (and I do have the first book already. 10 more to go!). It's just that I may just wait to see if I can a bunch from Christmas and my birthday first (Yup, I'm a December kid).
Have fun with quotes! If you put Furuba quotes up on your site, too, you can definitely message me or sign my guestbook and we can be friends!!! Or, if you don't put Furuba quotes up... I guess we can still be friends :P
Oh, yeah. That quiz result up there... apparently Moony put that up there for me (I figured as much). The pictures show up when you take the quiz, but I bet quizzilla.com (spelling?) gets overloaded when random places try to download pictures all the time. That's why only half of them work.

Yo! My name is Joe!
Heh. That was a song I learned when my little brother was a cub scout (actually, I just felt like saying yo. See? YO!!!).
I forgot to say this, but it's important-ish because it's anime related. I watched "Steamboy" yesterday. It's an anime movie in Japanese (English subtitles) set in England. It was okay. It was about this little boy who is an inventor. Long story short, he saves the day. But the plotline was at least a little interesting, and a handful of people die (so it's not completely Disney - that's a good thing). I kind of thought of it as a kid's action movie (sort of, but the dying bit probably makes it to an "older kid" 10-12 year old range). My brother (13 yrs old) liked it a lot more than I (15) did. Did anyone else ever watch that movie? If so, tell me what you thought of it... I'm curious.
So, on that note, it looks like Howl's Moving Castle is still the best, most touching, cute, and funny anime movie I have ever seen. And much of the qualities I just described for Howl's Moving Castle, I just realized, is much the same for Furuba. GO FURUBA!!!
I took a couple of Padfoot's quizzes. Here ya go:
Heh. Try this one without capitalizing your name. It comes up with really funny pictures.
But I have to admit, this looks most like me (except no glasses, my cats are gray, black & white, and black, etc, etc).

*splat* A post that really has no common theme to it... except Summer, I guess.
You'll notice this smilie face is sunburnt. I think it captures the mood of summer quite well, what with the shades and sunburned-ness.
I decided to clear stuff out of my AIM profile(s, since the different computers/accounts all have different stuff on them). However, I can't disclose names of people I know in "real life", so I'll just put my favorite quotes up every once in a while. If you happen to see a random quote, you'll know what it's from.
"Oh, I'm not with the band. I got a pig over at the livestock competition, and I am gonna win that blue ribbon!"
-Lenny (Steve Zahn) from That Thing You Do
Today, I've done a whole lot of not much. I taught my (older) sister how to play my clarinet, though. That was interesting. And squeaky. Which reminds me of a stupid band joke:
What do clarinet players and mice have in common?
They both squeak when they're excited.
Ah-ha! I figured out cool things today reading furuba 8 (twice). For example, I remembered vaguely Hatsuharu taking pictures of Yuki and saying stuff like, "Peace. You, too, Yuki, peace," and, "Come on, give me a peace sign." I discovered today that Haru was taking pictures to celebrate Yuki coming to the main Sohma house (or rather, sneaking in, because Yuki hates the main house). (This is for you, Pads and Moony... I hope you're listening... we had a discussion of this yesterday).
By the way, the Marauders finally got reunited yesterday. That was a lot of... fun? Random? Kool aid??? *makes deer noises* Ah... hehehe.
Oh! And while I was there, we decided that Momiji is my favorite character after all. I don't know how we came up with this, because I personally still love both Kyo and Yuki (Yuki because he's awesome and pretty and nice, Kyo because he's the cat). Well, I guess Momiji's okay. And huggable :D.
I've read all the furuba that's been released in English now. It was a combined effort of borrowing books from people and the library and reading it online. Perhaps I'll go ahead to book 12 online (because it hasn't been released in English yet), but my success has been kind of limited there, so maybe I should just wait. Furuba being indefinitely wiped off of my goals thing, though. I don't need it as a goal anymore.
Wow. Look at all this stuff I've written. I'm sure I can blab on and on, but for now...

Hehe! More quizzes!
If a quiz is quizzical... oh, wait, I'm not allowed to say that joke. Just kidding...
nn nWhat Outlaw Star Character Are You?n nHosted by theOtaku.com: Anime. Done right.n
Haha! I clicked "random anime" and found this quiz under "Outlaw Star". I found another quiz under Outlaw Star, too, but it said my personality disorder was avoidant, aka shy. I decided I didn't need a stupid quiz telling me what my "personality disorder" was (oooh... temper temper :P).
Well, this guy seems cool, I guess... and computer. Huh. Computer is not an adjective, but apparently for this guy it is.
Moony got her luggage, but her parents aren't home yet. :P

*sings* I'm going mental in the head!
Moony got back from England yesterday, and while I've already talked to her on the phone 2-3 times, I am really going to go crazy if I don't see her soon. She said she'd have me over as soon as her stuff got back. She only had 1/2 an hour to get through customs in Boston or wherever, and her luggage didn't make it on the plane (which she did make, at the very last second). So she decided that she would wait until her luggage came, then have a little gift-giving party with the marauders (she's probably at Padfoot's now; she's not home and they're neighbors. Plus, the two of them called me in the morning, causing much of my household to get angry at me for being so noisy at 9:00 AM :P). I can't wait to see Padfoot either; I can't wait to see any of them! WAAAH! That's why I decided to take it out on my otaku page. Donde, donde, donde...

Furuba 4!
I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT!!! People are crazy, Yuki gets mad... every chapter is absolutely gorgeous. Well, I haven't read furuba 3 yet, but Mom was able to get 4, not 3, at the library. (BTW, furuba is easier to say than Fruits Basket, so I am sticking to it!)
Here is Momiji. Darn. Why do I get Momiji for almost every quiz?! (By the way, don't take the quiz unless you're a little mature)

I just learned things I'm not supposed to yet...
I've been reading the summaries of the books (and episodes) of furuba. I now know a lot about Fruits Basket that I haven't read yet... and I badly want to read more now... *groan*. Oh, well. In the mean time, I'm going to start summer book reading again, I guess. Or go to Border's for a day to read the 3rd :P.
Well, the real reason I wanted to post was to show off my newest quiz result. MOMIJI!!!
You're Momiji - the rabbit!

New quiz result!
This is pretty much me. I like this quiz result, so I thought I would share it! The graphic here takes a long time to load for some reason, so let this page load for a little bit before you become frustrated :).
Your element is Light: Innocent, beautiful, kind-hearted and pure. You are so sweet your almost angelic, you find joy in others happiness and cannot stand to see anyone in pain. You want to make everyone around you feel good about themselves and if someone is upset you can tend to become rather upset as well which means you are sympathetic and raise others above yourself. Being as kind and good-natured as you are people have most likely hurt you in the past but you pick yourself up every time. You may look fragile but you are stronger than most tend to see. Life is beautiful no matter how you look at it and you understand that people make mistakes, not everyone is perfect. You try to see the good in the bad which is a talent few posses, dont ever let anyone change you. You truly have a beautiful soul inside and a heart of gold.

Yay! I read Fruits Basket 2 for the 80 billionth time!!!
If I read this any more, Padfoot is probably going to make me buy my own book so I can wreck it instead of hers (j/k Padfoot, I'm not wrecking your book, just... um... loving it. A lot. :P)
Anyways, I wanted to share my favorite scene in the book. I've been thinking, and I decided that it's my favorite because it involves Momiji, who is funny, Kyo, who is really funny, and Yuki cross-dressing, which is pretty funny (but only because Tohru says he "sacraficed himself").
Momiji: Hey, hey, Tohru! You know about the zodiac thing, right! [and it actually has an exclamation point there. typo?]
Tohru: Uh, yes.
Momiji: Yay! *heart* Then I can hug you!
Kyo: Hold it, lover boy.
Momiji: But she won't mind if I transform, right?
Kyo: That's not the problem! Think of where we are!
Tohru (thinking): He said, "I can hug you!" That means--! He really is one of the zodiac!
Momiji: Are you hogging Tohru because she's so cute?! I bet Kyo hugs her every day! [here it has "Ekel!" on the side, which is German for "Disgust!"]
Kyo: You stu--! Who would want to--! (lets go of Momiji)
Momiji: My turn! *heart* (hugs Tohru)
Tohru: Ah!
(explosion occurs as Momiji transforms into a rabbit)
Various people: What was that?! An explosion?!
Tohru?!
Hey, what happened? ......
Tohru: ...............
Kyo: .......
Various people: Eh?
Huh? What's with the rabbit?
Where's Momiji-kun?
Hey! These are Momiji-kun's clothes! This bright pink thing.
Tohru: Ah... Uhh... umm...
People: Eh? No way. What happened?! Did he explode?!
That's weird. Why would Momiji just take off his clothes and wander away? And that rabbit... where did it come from?
Something strange is going on...
What happened, Tohru?!
It's too weird. Say something, Honda-san!
Yuki: Weird?
In that case, I too...
...am weird. Because here I am dressed like this, and you all are going on about rabbits. It must not suit me after all...
...[everyone talks about how much they like his costume, how lovely he looks as a girl, and how he looks totally like a girl]
Yuki: ...thanks.
Tohru (thinking): Thank you, Sohma-kun. You diverted the conversation, using yourself as a sacrafice...!
Then of course, more funny things happen, but if I wanted to go on I might as well write the whole book out, so I'll stop there. One time I was driving Moony crazy by reading her all my favorite parts of the first book. Hehe! I *heart* furuba.
Eep! I can't wait until my whole OM (this is the last time I'll say it: Odyssey of the Mind) group comes back... I'll have to plan something fun :) (well, I do have something fun planned, but only Moony knows about it right now :P).
So, everybody have a fun time...
Don't let the bedbugs bite...
This is Fuzzy, signing out (so she can make some more e-cards).
