"Safe in, Safe oot..."

Welcome to my new Loveless-themed site! I really wanna see this anime! In a minute I'm gonna try and find some scanlations of the manga... Looks so cool.

Hm. We went a treck into a place called Galashiels today. There wasn't really anything there, but I did manage to buy a pack of Beyblade trading cards and a copy of Shounen Jump (the May edition). I can't say I'm really a fan of what VIZ do - for the most part at least - but it was pretty cool to get a copy. ^_^

My mom was sending me texts all morning. She couldn't come away with us 'cause she has to work all week and couldn't get out of it (poor mom!) so she's at home - with my Gamecube. One of her wonderful texts read: "I'm on a mission with Leon" - referring to playing Resident Evil 4. Then she quickly added, "The chainsaw-weilding woman has killed me eleven times!" and then shortly after I recieved this: "Twelve times."

Poor Mom!! ^_^ She's so funny! She's a Devil May Cry fanatic, y'know...

Gemma and Richard's - my older sis and her fiance - dog, Mia, is going mental at the moment! I don't really like dogs, but I guess she's cute in a way. She's really excited for some reason and keeps coming and jumping on me! I think she's adopted my dad, too. She won't leave him alone - Bless!

Oh, and I'm gonna kill someone if I don't get back to broardband soon!! Dial-up is EVIL!

Hehe... And with that I'm off in search of Loveless scanlations... See you later!

I've ruined the scene with my crappy interpretation, so I insist to go find the film. You won't regret it! ^_^

Yeah, I'm such a moron I couldn't figure out how to do it but the ever-so-wonderful snow fox helped me out. The theme will change when I get back to civilisation - Where I'm staying, at my sis' house, is basically in a big field in the middle of nowhere and they don't have broadband installed yet so even writing this post is painfully slow...

I'm really annoyed. My bestest friend in Scotland - no, I'm not meeting him while we're here, he's a penpal so we haven't actually met yet... - has sent me some presents in the post. My mom phoned to tell me but I'll have to wait until next week when we get back to get them! >_< No fair!

Hehe... other than that we haven't done anything as yet. Both my sister and her fiance are out at work so we're just lounging about their house. ^_^ They have lots of chocolate here, and we even made muffins yesterday!! It's great! I'm assuming we'll be going out later... though it's hard trying to detatch Jayme from the computer.

Jayme - my younger sis - is Tomyo on here (I've mentioned that loads) and she's feeling unloved 'cause no one's been on her site for ages. Well, neither has she! What does she expect?!

Hello and Goodbye!

Heya! I'll be off to Scotland for a week tomorrow so I might ot be able to post for a while. My older sis (with whom we're going to stay) only has dial-up and I'm too lazy to wait for pages to load! ^_^

Then again, trying to seperate me from Internet is a very bad thing... so in that case I'm sure I'll see you in the week! Well, not exactly see but...

Hm. I've got to go now and stock up on art supplies so I can finally get round to painting a pic I drew a couple of weeks ago of Miharu from Gasaraki (*gasp* What?! It's not Beyblade?!) I really want to paint it but I've lost my watercolours... No, I don't know how either! They just disappeared!

Hehe... Anyway, I'll post later in the week. Hope you all have fun whatever it is you plan to do!

Bye... Oh, by the way - You all have to seek out an English film called Shaun of the Dead. It's one of the best films I've seen in ages (with cameos by Coldplay, Vernon Kay, and Trisha!). Obviously it's a zombie film, but it's so much more than that! It's a Romantic Comedy. With zombies. Or, as it's better known, a romcomzom. Trust me, it's brilliant! Go see it!

Agh! My brain!

Hello... Yes, just as I'm getting over the plague (I don't know why I was ill so I've decided on saying I had plague. As you do...) the temperature's dropped massively, it's raining like mad, I'm soaked to the bone, I'm still hungry and it's all making me think I'll probably catch a cold. Okay, so being hungry doesn't give you a cold but... hey ho.

^_^ I think I'm exaggerating a little there... But it is horrible outside. Still, it is a good excuse to light the fire and curl up by it with a nice toasty mug of hot chocolate! Oh yeah! Can't wait to get home and do that!! ^_^

I've been watching a lot of my anime DVDs lately - ones I haven't watched in a while. Being ill in bed gives you the oppotunity to do that. So I've been watching Dai Guard (so funny!), Gasaraki (absolutely awesome! Who would have thought theater and wheat would have been so awful?!) some Gravitation, Spriggan... just really random things actually. It's been fun!

Oh, I'm also still completely in love with the band Fairy Fore (though I can't find any of their songs! >_< Mwah!!) and I've also gotten into the Mad Capsule Markets. They're angrier than the music I usually listen too, but they've got some awesome tracks too like Pulse and Fly High. I surprised myself by liking them! ^_^

That was a really random report actually... Heh. I'm off to Scotland again on Sunday - back to really slow Dial-up on my sis's computer... grrr. Still, it'll be fun!

Okay, I'm off to bake cookies now for snow fox who is lovely! Hehe!

Quick! Give me a Soul Benediction!

I've been tucked up in bed for the past three days 'cause I've been ill. It's been pretty nasty, all doped up on painkillers and unable to eat anything. Still, I'm feeling better now and now that I've got my appetite back I'm starving! Hehe. I guess not eating for three days'll do that, huh?

Hey ho... I did sneak out for an impromptu Nottingham trip though... ^_^ Didn't really buy much - compared to usual at least - just the final volume of Gravitation (manga - soooo good!) a Gravitation t-shirt with Kumagoro-kun on!. Erm... Various manga (some Rave Master, Fruits Basket, Yotsuba&!, King of Bandit Jing), the Shadow Hearts II strategy guide - just to have it - and a Fruits Basket poster. It was so much fun...

I urge everyone here to read Gravitation by the way - or if you're in America then buy the anime! It's Shounen ai (boyxboy) so if you're into that then its a must! Of course if you are into that then you've probably already got it...

Anyhoo, that's all I can write now. I'm still feeling woozy. I'm gonna sleep some more when I get home and hope this thing finally passes...

Ra!

I'm really annoyed today! Gwah! I go into work this morning to find that some little ******* has smashed one of our windows again! This is the third time it's happened in 10 months. The windows are still waiting to be repaired from the last time it happened in May - the git smashed all the frame and the whole thing needs repairing. Problem is it's a massive window and we need approval from the council to change anything, so all of those applications are still going through... It's a nightmare! To make matters worse they actually caught the guy who did it that time and you know what is sentence was? 120 hours community service and he had to pay us £100 compensation. Now get this, simply to have the windows boarded up cost in excess of £200. Then it cost another £200 to actually repair one of the windows. And the one that is still waiting to be repaired is gonna cost £1500-£2000 because the entire thing needs replacing! The legal system in this country is laughable. You get fined more for dropping litter.

And now on top of all that, there's gonna be the bill from this repair, too. And the work we had to do this morning was incredible - there was glass everywhere. Grr...

What really ****** me off though is that I work for Cancer Research UK - a charity organisation that exists entirely to raise money for research into cancer. And now we've lost near on £3000 because some moron got drunk. It's disgusting. For our charity £3000 makes a hell of a difference.

... erm, sorry for ranting there. It just kinda got to me, that's all. I hope everyone's having a better day than me! ^_^

Watashi wa Claire desu...

Hello! Yes, I'm back again, and after pratting about with my site for a while it's ended up pretty much how it started - although I've just bought the latest volume of Chrono Crusade, hence the background.

So I've been trying to make it all look funky (though with the Yuri background it was a little more dark!) but failed in every respect. Computers hate me and I can't be bothered to argue back at them, so my limited knowledge is what I'm stuck with. I wanted to make a text box-y thing so that I have a different colour background for my posts, but I don't know how to do them! Mwah! I'm so useless >_<

Oh! Though I have excellent guessing skills! You know those tests I was moaning about a couple of weeks back? Well I seriously guessed the answers on all four of the papers (and I mean guess) and I got the results back the other day and I've passed them all! I couldn't believe it! Hehe... Still, I got chocolate for doing well ^_^ Yeah, I'm such a child.

Hmm... what else? I'm going back to Edinburgh the week after next to stay with my sis again. We're going for the week this time so there'll be lots to do (and so little money to spend!)

Oh! I watched the series five finale of CSI last night (the one where Nick gets kidnapped and buried alive). Dear God it was awesome! I love the series - pretty much the only thing I watch on TV - and was absolutely amazed by its brilliance. I think I had about three heart attacks watching it, though...

Anyhoo, that's all I have time for now. I'm gonna go back to work now and raid the biscuit tin! I really am gonna get fat soon... Hey ho!

A day in the life of...

So I went to go and get some photos developed today, only to find out I have no idea who half of them are of! Tomyo had taken the camera to school on her last day to take photos of everyone - including her love interest, someones artwork, someone in a pirate hat and a tennis ball called frank, or something - It was a bit worrying flicking through photos when you're unsure of what you'll find... ^_-

Oh, and the bracelet that my Grandma and Grandad bought me for my birthday broke today. >_< Well, the clasp did anyway. I skipped out of work to take it to the jewellers and they fixed it for free! Very nice people! And they used a very professional technique - they squished it! That way it can't undo itself. Made me smile...

Erm... anything else? I've been eating chocolate biscuits all morning at work. I'm gonna be so obese one day..!

I'm also currently in love with Luna Sea and Fairy Fore. If anyone knows where I can download any of their songs please let me know! ^_-

Yeah, that's about it now. Gonna go and finish off the biscuits now...
