"Sayonara, arishiteru . . . "
Well, peeps, this is unfortunately my last day on the Otaku for a while. The libarary where I use the Internet is closing for a few days. It shouldn't be too long though, maybe a week or a bit longer. Fear not, Gasara WILL return!! (Does that sound threatening?!)
Hehe. Oh, I finally got a Driger blade! I've been looking everywhere for one, and finally found a Driger F. Okay, so it's in the metal series, but it's still a Driger! I also got carried away in the sales and bought the electronic Driger Launcher. You know, the red one from the first series. Tomyo's gonna complain that I didn't buy the Dranzer one! Oh well!! Hehe.
RANDOM QUOTE: Beyblade V Force
Dizzi: "When in doubt, blame Tyson!"
Heh, I like that philosophy! Although, how can Dizzi philosophise if she isn't really there . . ? Hm, ponderous.
Well, I don't actually think there's anything else I need to write here, which is depressing. I wanted to leave with a flourish, one last wonderful post for you all to cherish!! (*rolls eyes* oops, I'm getting worse!)
Actually, the worst thing is that I won't be able to listen to Go Ahead for a week! Noooo! Well, unless one of you nice peeps wants to download it and send it to me? Anyone? Go on!
Oh, before I go, has anyone played Project Zero? Don't! It's terrifying! (says the horror hater who plays survival horrors) Meh, I'm an irony!!
Hehe, well I best be going now anyway. Take care, and I'll see you later!
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Gasaraki
Yushiro: (in awe) "We're alive . . ."
"Izayo, Izayuukan . . . kowashite-
Erm, sorry. The ending theme kicks in after that line and I just got a bit carried away. Hehe. Okay, okay, I'm going!

"Off the Chains! Hum-de humhumhmm! Tell me, tell me what you say!"
Bonjour!! *YAWN* Eh, I'm really tired today. I stayed up last night watching disaster movies with my mom. But all I wanted to do was watch Spriggan! Parents seriously get in the way of anime watching . . . meh.
So, how's everyone? As you might be able to tell from my subject, I'm listening to Off the Chains. I tell you, Japan has corrupted me - totally. I've always been into indie/alternative music, but now . . . well, I'm currently loving J-Pop (Utada Hikaru, Maaya Sakamoto) J-Rock (Luna Sea) J-Dance/J-Jazz (True Voice - Kyoko Kishikawa) and J-Hip hop (Off the Chains - TOSS & TURN) There's something not quite right about the sheer diverse nature of that list. Oh well, if this site had a soundtrack I'm sure the above tracks / artists would be on it!
RANDOM QUOTE: Teknoman (has anyone else actually seen this show?!)
Blade: "Teknobot, power on!"
Teknoman has been depressingly overlooked. Hehe! So, this'll be a pretty short note as nowt has happened. Oh, and isn't it totally typical how when you want to find something on the Internet, you never can. I can find stuff if I'm not actually making an effort to do it! Oh well, gonna hafta keep searching. Still haven't found Switchblade anywhere - which is VERY annoying. Sigh, still love that song!
Oh! Speaking of Beyblade, does anyone know what nationality Robert is? I always thought he was English (speaks kinda like the queen, and got off the boat in England) but his last name apparently is Jurgen, and Brad Best said he was a Norseman. So, is he Beckham or Solskjaer? Erm, that is to say, English or Norwegian?
RANDOM QUOTE: from my life
Tomyo: "We alphabet all the Alphabites!"
You see what I have to put up with?! Hehe. Actually, this is something that she brought up on her site, does anyone still watch Digimon? The early series I mean. All the decent sites have been shut down, because people are 'growing out' of Digimon! That's just scandalous! I'm eighteen and proudly wear my plastic Digimon watch (cost me £4!)I know that Dreamy Dragon likes Digimon, but I'm kinda mourning it now! It's such a funny show!! Hehe. Sometimes the 'kiddy' anime are the best. Oh well, just thought I'd ask.
Incidentaly, HAS anyone seen Teknoman. Here's a picture (bet you £100 you can't see it!)
Well? It's of Star, Tina and Commander Jamison. That was a funny (if unintentionally) show. The ship was called the Blue Earth, wasn't it? And they fought the spider crabs! Hehe. Oh, what was the evil dude called - Darkon? God, I can't believe I remember all this! It used to be on Fox Kids. Oh, it did make me laugh . . . It was on just after Escaflowne. Bizarre.
Hm, anyway, I think I've plagued you enough now! Take care everyone, have a fun weekend!! To be continued.
Next time on Gasara's Otaku . . .
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Escaflowne the Movie
(the young cat-girl, with her orange fur, pink hair, and tail, inspects Hitomi)
Merle: "Yoooouuuuu're weeeeeiiiird!"
Hitomi: (deadpan) "I don't think you should talk!"

I still have nine toes left . . .
Hiya all! My God, it seems like I have been here for ages. Well, I have, I just haven't posted! So, how've you all been? Fine and dandy I hope!
Well, first things first (obviously) I'm in love with Fate of the Spark Battle. That's not one of my most normal statements, but I guess you come to expect weirdness from me! Hehe. So you may have guessed (or if you've read Tomyo's site, you'll know) that 'new' Beyblade episodes are being shown over here. 5:30 everyday is dedicated to one of the most surreal concepts for an anime. Seriously, who decided 'yeah, I know. Let's make a show about spinning tops'?? Nevertheless, I'm glad they did! Kai and Rei work well together, and I don't care how sad it is to like Beyblade!! Hehe . . . *nervous laughter*
RANDOM QUOTE: Martian Successor Nadesico
Akatsuki: "Looky-look!"
That quote might not seem spectacular, but it's out of character, trust me! I've just finished watching Nadesico actually - the final episode was on yesterday. The series is amazing - so totally over the top and crazy, but I totally get the humour of it! Izumi is one of the funniest characters ("Man, this snow is abominable . . .*laugh* Abominable snowman!")
I don't know what's going to be shown on Sci Fi now. The TV guide won't tell me, although I have an inkling that it may be Excel Saga, but I really want to see Weiss Kreuz - assassin florists? That's a concept I want to see! Hehe.
Oh, and I'm desperate to see Final Fantasy VII-2. Cloud in sunglasses . . . mmm (thanks Tomyo!). Everyone should pester Tomyo to e-mail you that picture if you have a thingd for the old pointy-haired one. It's lovely!
RANDOM QUOTE: Martian Successor Nadesico
Akatsuki: "Alright! Let's bury him!"
(after the admiral dude fell in a sand hole)
Oh, I finally finished Final Fantasy VII, anyway. That was such a cool game. Although, isn't there a secret ending, or something, where 'censored' doesn't die? (no spoilers here!) *shrug*
Hmm, well I guess that's all I really have to say for now. I have to go home and thaw myself now!! Take Care everyone, and go check out Tomyo's site. (shameless advertising from the sis!)font>
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Martian Successor Nadesico (there's a general theme here, ain't there?!)
Narrator: "Men were men, and women were women, before sexual equality screwed everything up."
(Summat like that!)
BONUS QUOTE OF YESTERDAY: Shadow Hearts
Lottery Member No.? "Don't worry. Even if you fall asleep right after eating, you won't turn into a cow."
Thought I'd make up for the lack of posts, and therefore quotes. "I'm a poet and I didn't no it. That was bad, but it could have been verse!"

Argh!
God, this computer's crap! The below post was written when logged in as Tomyo . . . I don't get it. Anyway, that's what's what. I hate the evil, amoral library for doing this to me! Hehe. I need to post more fanart. Oh, and thanks to everyone who said they like my work - praise is always a good thing!
Oh, I forgot! We had snow! Only tiny snow, for about minutes, but snow nonetheless! It was very Christmassy!
Yay! New Beyblade episodes start on Monday - well, the end(ish) if V Force. I'm a bit excited. Oh, and Beyblader I didn't mean that! Rei doesn't battle Tyson in the final episode, I just didn't seperate my sentences very well!! Oopsie.
Oh, Oh! I finally got the Shadow Hearts soundtrack! It is perfect. Once I figure out how to upload songs, I'm gonna put up a track called True Voice. It is amazing. Yoshitaka Hirota is so talented!
Anyway, enough gushing - I gotta go!
See you later (well, see you Saturday. Well, not technically SEE . . .)
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Nadesico
Joe: "I'm sorry, miss Nanaka. Looks like I won't be able to take you to the beach like I promised . . ."
(Okay, so technically, it's from Gekigangar 3. Why am I being so pedantic today?!) Hehe!

Soz, Jayme!!
Erm . . . this is Gasara here. My site's being annoying so I'm posting on Tomyo's (she's probably gonna kill me!) Anyhoo. I won't be able to post again 'til the weekend, or at all after the 12th of January - I use the library, and it's being refurbished. I'll try an claw my way to a computer, but I thought I'd let you know. Tomyo'll be here as usual though!
Sorry, Jayme. Oh, and Rei rocks!

Erm . . . I haven't gone mad . . .
Erm, I figured that I'd better explained about the below post. Well, if you can see the picture, then my plan has worked. If you can't, then my computer's crappy! What should be there is a sketch of the 'Kawaii White Tigers'. I was just messing about with the computer and decided to try something out. I can see the picture, but sometimes they go off, and all you get is a little red cross! I'm not making much sense, am I?!
Oh Well! Incidentaly, I drew the picture so don't go nicking it! Okay! Yeah, I know it's hardly a masterpiece, but still . . . Oh, and sorry about the scrawling handwriting!! Hehe. Gonna go now (again) and I'll try not to confuse matters so much next time!

Hiya all! Hope everyone had a very merry Crimble!! I certainly did - it was anime and game filled, and I'm in love with Nadesico, and very, very full, and sick of turkey. It was just a normal Christmas for me, then . . . hehe.
Oh, I've just uploaded four new pictures today. Well, they're not new, they're kinda old ones that I did. I was going through a bit of a Digimon phase, with pictures of Sora, Ken and Kari. There's also a pencil drawing of Claire Redfield that I did just after I completed Res: Code Veronica. I really love that game, and in fact I got the first two volumes of the graphic novels of it for Christmas (I couldn't find the third one! Grr!) Enjoy! New (and probably Beybladey ones) should be along soon!
RANDOM QUOTE: Outlaw Star
Gilliam II: "My crew is a bunch of lunatics."
Christmas was a great laugh - we were all up at three in the morning 'cause no one could sleep. I went back to bed, and then we all got up properly at half five. Then the normal chaos ensued - diving under the tree, tearing presents open with our teeth, getting sellotape stuck everywhere . . . it was cool.
'Cept, it's over now for another year. I guess the next thing's New Year, but I totally hate New Year. I don't know why, but I just get depressed and moody on the 31st Dec/1st Jan. Meh. Just have to put up with it though! Oh, and we've gotta take all the decorations down. Ever noticed how bland the house looks when all the tinsel's gone?
Oh! I saw the trailer for the final episode of G Revolution and I just really want to watch that series NOW! I know that Rei's hair gets all unbound in his battle against Tyson, and for some reason that knowledge has made me restless to see it. Meh. I don't understand myself!!
Hehe, well I'd better go now. I'll be back soon though!! *Mutters under breath* Happy New Year . . .
See you again! (having an Outlaw Star moment!!)
QUOTE OF THE DAY: Beyblade
(Can't remember the exact wording of this.)
Kai's teacher: "If you find the hypotnuse of a rectangular square and divide it by the six sides, what time does the train leave Chicago?"
