Boggy Happy!!

Ra! How are you? I'm amazingly happy today. It's been raining like hell, my hair's gone as frizzy as an afro, and I've still got four hours of work left, but I just don't care!!
I got a call today from someone who ran the course I was on. While I was doing it, I was asked to make a poster to promote what they did. I did a huge anime-style thingy (and made Tomyo colour half of it in!) and they put it up. Well, they want me to do another one for their office in Burton! Now, that's great by itself, but . . .
The guy who called, Kev, is working with a musician at the moment. And this music-man has toured America and things like that, apparently he's very good. And he was saying to Kev that he wanted a manga writing to promote him (or something - I don't know all the details yet) and Kev showed him my pics on the Otaku, and this music-man's asked to meet me to see if I'll do it!!
Hehe!! How AWESOME is that?! Someone wants me to write them a manga!! Yay!! God, I hope it all works out, 'cause that you just make my year. Only thing is, I don't think I'll get paid for it . . . but to be honest, I don't care. I'm just so happy that someone likes my work so much!!
Yipee!
Ahem. Erm . . . yeah, about that pic above. It's actually a drawing of the crazy little guy from Medabots (I can't remember his name). I was watching it once, and this character reminded me of Daichi - this was before I'd seen G Revolution - and I was trying to show Jayme (Tomyo) what he looked like. She hadn't seen it, so I was trying to draw him to point out the similarities. Okay, so he had hair like Ozuma, but his personality was all Daichi. Anyhoo, my point is that I love this little doodle more than most of my pictures!! I'm serious. It's got a hell of a lot of personality!! Hehe! It still reminds me of Daichi now!!

Anyway, I gotta go now. Work awaits. A lunch hour just isn't enough time!! Mwah!
See you tomorrow!!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: Waiting for Godalming - Robert Rankin

"A SILENT explosive?" Icarus made a face of grave doubt.
"Latest thing," said the captain, drawing out a stick of something dangerous-looking from his pocket. "The SAS use it all the time. It goes off without a sound. You've heard of gelignite and dynamite? Well, this stuff's called-"
"Don't tell me," said Jonny Boy. "Silent nite."
