   I really really need to get out more.

Why: He has inspired people to quit feeling sorry for themselves and get off the couch(poor thing,(THE COUCH)needs a break)
Richard grew up in French Quarter of New Orleans. He was 268 pounds when he graduated high school. (not to bad but still heavy)He wanted to get in shape so he tried a bunch of diets including laxetives(the things people do)Simmons took control of his weight problem by adopting a lifestyle of balance, moderate eating and exercise.(it's like...common sense)He won over his wieght thing and moved to LA in 1973. There he tried to join a gym only to find out they all pretty much sucked if you were overwieght instead of made of plastic. So he spoke to Doctors and nutritionists to make sure his plan was safe for everybody, it was, so he founded a gym fit for the genral population. The gym came to be know as SLIMMONS in Beverly Hills.
Simmons fitness guruness landed him many guest spots on verious programs and his own show he "Richard Simmons Show" and many many videos(50 so far). Cause exersize doesn't work so well if you don't have a PROPER diet he made Deal-A-Meal and the FoodMover help people keep track of their food intake( portions,calories). He's written books,"Never Say Diet," his autobiography, "Still Hungry-After All These Years" best-selling cookbooks. This year he's leading his 24th Cruise to Lose program aboard Carnival Cruise Lines sailing from NYC to the Caribbean.
Richard launched "Hoot Camp" in LA in April 2004. Teaching phys ed teachers and coaches to make classes fun. (apperently kids learn better when thet enjoy themselves)He's also going to start a programs for kids and thier guardians(the ones who care) to get them in shape, and help with bullies.
(they seem to like to pick on the fat kids alot(either talk to a counseler or leave your problems at home damn it! I KNOW it's not easy but anything worth accopmlishing takes some work and sometimes it hurts Think of the rewards!)Sorry bad experiences/habit)
And He''s got even more plas to help people, all people get in shape and healthy. (unless their into diebeties(sp?,Blood clots heart disease and many forms of cancer, Sorry again about the rambling, again.)

   Yo.
How goes it?
I got to watch my new cousin today.
His name is Micheal. No clue how old he is but he's teething.
I wrestled with his brother too.
Yesterday I went to visit my Aunt Carol and Uncle Rich, All my mom's brother and sisters were there.
I spent my time drawing and talking with my uncl Rich about his Red Cross work.
My dad went to an AutoZone meeting in a place I can't spell. His store won a bunch of awards.

Why: She was the last ruler of Hawaii.
She was born on Sept.2,1838.Got married Sept.16,1862,to John Owen DominisHe died)She became queen on January 17, 1891.
Shortly after she gained power, she tried to enact a new constitution, since the existing consititution,(Bayonet Constitution)limited her power.
The Sugarcane plantation owners didn't like that,something about forign tariffs on American sugar. She was over thrown in 1893 and a provisional goverment installed. President Clevland offerd to reinstate her because her dethrownment was illegel but only if she spared the people involved in the coup, at first she refused but then changed her mind.
However the new government refused and elected thier 1st president dipite orders from congress. As "punishment"(sarcasim)for disobaying, the new governmet was immeadeatly recognised.
Shortly after wards Queen Liliuokalani was set up and imprisoned(someone planted guns at her house)in a small room in ‘Iolani Palace until 1896.
She lived out the rest of her life a private citizen until her death Nov.11,1917.
Liliuokalani was also known as Lydia Lili‘uokalani and later named Lydia K. Dominis.
She was also a songwriter(Aloha‘Oe)and author(Hawai‘i's Story by Hawai‘i's Queen)

   OOPS
I accidently put one of my enries twice,Sorry bout that, well at least the hero and quote a different.
Any ways. Since I have nothing intresting to write.

I got bored one day, so I found my personal tarot card(emporor) and my suit, I'm a gemini so it's Swords.
I found my personal card by adding up my DOB(2011),then did the same with that(4) thats the #of the emporor. If it was over 22 I would have to add those together.any number 10-21 have a secondary card.

She was trained at a British Ministry of Defense camp in Scotland in survival skills, silent killing, codes and radio operation, night parachuting, plastic explosives, Sten guns, rifles, pistols and grenades. When the war was over Nancy was tolled her beloved Henri had been captured, turtored, and executed by the Nazis. Awhile later she married a former Englsh POW, moved back to Austrailia and was nominated for a medal but the government refused. However the French,(Resistance Medal,Officer of the Legion d’Honneur and Croix de Guerre with two bronze palms and a silver star) American(Medal of Freedom)and British(George Medal)governments did though.

   Hey.
hello all, how goes it?

Working on some fan art,
tweaking the 1st chapter of Kyoujin Bishou, again.
working up the nerve to post my new story(i procrastinate)

and I'm working on some fan art to go with it.
I want to watch "corpse Bride" and "Serenity.

I allso spent yesterday watching nothn' but Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Why: Born in Rome, 1593. Artemisia became the only woman painter to reach fame in her own time and support herself soley on her artwork. Artemisia was educated to be an artist by her father, the painter Orazio Gentileschi. She was raped by her teacher and friend of her father's, Agostino Tassi, and in 1612 her father pressed charges against him. During the ivestigation Artemisia was tortured by the court for information. She overcame this traumatic experience and incorporated into her artwork biblical scenes showing strong, capable women, many times over-powering evil men. After she died(1653) she was immediately ignored by historians and the credit for her works were mostly given to her father.

For some reason I have this sudden urge to watch horror movies.

Why: Helen was born 27 June 1880 . She was blind and deaf due to an illness when sh was a baby. She became a deliquent toddler(not that i blame her.) Untill a woman named Ann came and taught her how to read and write (she wrote a book called "Teacher") among other things. Evenually she went to a university and got a bacholors in arts. She travelled the world fundraising for The American Foundation for the Overseas Blind.
Even after most of her friends died. She only retired after having a stroke. A few years (june 1)later she died in her sleep.

   Still need to get out more,

   My Cat
For once alot has happened. (sort of) After seeing my cat's double(that cat looked just like whiskers at 1st).
We, well, my brother and I, took whiskers (the cat) to the vets caouse he had stopped eating and he was leaking puss from his eye.
She told me that he had 2 abceses, one on his eye one on his leg, he was dehydrated, had jaundice, and a kidney was enlarged, and he was anemic(not enough red blood cells, cousing the patient to pretty much suffocate). His blood count (red cells) was 6%, the average is 30 some%, it gets deadly when the count is 10% and lower. The vet perscribed an antibiotic and I had to force feed him. That night I watched FMA, it was the episode were they remembered how they figured out "All is one and one is all." The morning after my cat died. It was like I had a bunch of signs, the FMA episode and the Double.(i know its coincidence)

For those who don't know what I'm talking about.

A dopelganger is a spirit who take the exact shape of someone, usually just before a life changing event occurs,(for example,before someone dies) sometimes they even enact that event, or appear before a relitive/friend of that someone.
Kinda like a Bean~sidhe(without the keening) or a black dog.
(think Harry Potter, it's the thing he thought Sirius Black was whe Sirius was in dog form)

Let's see. Not much as usual.
My mom went to a scrapbook covention, had fun, came back.
My dad's birthday was last sunday and my cat Whiskers has a dopleganger(double) and a cold.

   Still need to get out more
You know what a good sign you got to much time on your hands is?
When you relize you havn't got anything good to write on your blog things.

Nothing much has really happed lately. Thats good and bad i guess.

My dad's B-day is coming up soon. Apperently I'm going to clean the house for him.
I'm almost done with a nice picture.
and I'm finally going to update my story and download the 1st few chapters of my new one. (hopefully)

   Hey.
Well nothin much.
I watch that special on flight 93."The Flight That Fought Back." It was ok.
I Watched Naruto for the 1st time too. I'm not sure what to think yet.
Any ways, thats about it.

Hero of the day: Gerret A, Morgan
He was an african american inventer. Born Kentucky, he moved to Clevland Ohio. He started out as a janitor but moved on to be the 1st black person in Clevland to own his own buisness and car.
He was inspired by the Triangle Waist fire(1911) to invent the smoke rescue hood(morgan mask) in order to protect his workers and aid firefighters. They didn't listen to him cause he was black so he hired an actor to pretend to be him. The firemen were still leery until the mask was truly tested when in July, 25th 1916 disaster struck.

Clevland gets it's water from Lake Erir. Inorder to get to the clean stuff they built stations called cribs. Each crib is attached to eachother and the shore by a tunnel under the lake dug out by people whom called themselves "sandhogs". 1 team, from crib 5 hit a pocket of natural gas and got the crap blown out of them. The guys in crib 5 noticed a jump in one of the guages(no one felt it uptop)2 rescue crews were sent down but none returned (gas was still leaking) A cop remberd mr.Morgan and sent for him. He arrived with 25 masks, he suited up along with 4 other men and went into the poison gas filled tunnel and they recovered 21 men, of tha 9 survived. Pretty good considering, until then, no other rescue of this nature had any survivors
