Merry Christmas!
Sooo,
If you dressed up, what'd you guys go as for Holloween?
Did you have fun?
Mine was boring, I wanted to watch movies and hang out with friend.
Ended up going to bed early and stealing candy.

Vlad went went by many names, Vlad Tepes(the impailer), Vlad Dracula, Dracula,Kaziglu Bey(the impailer prince).
Vlad was the son of Vlad II Dracul and Cneajna Mušati of Moldova in the small town of Sighišoara,Transyvainia.
When Vlad was 13 he and his brother Radu the handsome were givin to Murad II as hostages to secure an alligence.He was held in the Ottoman Empire for 4 yrs. Learning the fine art of torture.
His dad and older brother were assasinated by the Boyers(the Lords and Ladies) on the orders of the hugarians who were pissed at them for some reason. This angered the Turks who freed 17yr old Vlad and gave him an army.
The young warrior the proceeded to take the throne.
And the lost it and replaced by Vladislav II.
Then he got it back and got started.
Girls who lost their virginity, adulterous wives and unchaste widows often had their sexual organs cut out or their breasts cut off, or impailed.
Thieves were impailed.
Boyars impailed or inslaved.
POWs, impailed
Dihonest Merchents, impailed.
And so on.
Many of Vlad's acts of cruelty can be interpreted as efforts to strengthen and modernize the central government at the expense of the feudal powers of nobility and great towns
The wierd thing was the stuff that he did wasn't that unusual for the time, he just enjoyed it.
He was important in stopping the advance of the Turks into Europe.
I guess that was a good thing.
Oh and he was married to a relitive of Elizibeth Bathory(the blood countess, thought bathing in the blood of virgin girls made her look pretty).
