Different
Truth is, different is good. Lots of things are different and that's what makes this world better true. But at the same token, we have pushed this generation too much on the idea of different instead of better. That nothing is better it's just different. No not always sometimes things are better. Democracy is better then Ohtacracy and Theocracy. Freedom of speech, better. Freedom of press, better. Freedom of assembly, better. Free appliances with large purcahses, better. The point I'm trying to make here is don't veiw the world as a perfect place cause it's not. There are alot of other places out there that have a problems, and ways in which are not better, they are worse then ours, and trust me, most of these people wish they could have what we take advantage of. In August, the people of Iraq risked life and limb to send a message of great power: America, get out of our country. And also, we want the priviledges that you take for granted. America it is time to reexamine what our values are anymore. I've seen people in this country selling away these precious rights we have so they can "feel" safer. That's right people, we are actually not any safer now then we were before 9/11, according to recent safety reports issued by board of airport saftey. We need to stop this process of self destruction before we end up like any other totalitarian nation.
