Ugh . . . the pain . . . it hurts . . . and stuff.
Ouch, sorry I didn't get to everybodies site yesterday, but I was out of town in the morning doing a beach run. I then spent the rest of the day in sheer agony, my legs burned like fires of hell and my head/neck/shoulder area felt like it was made of to-tight rubber bands. But I feel better now so drop me a line, Peace!

Good stuff
Hey everybody, I have some really good news. First off, I'll be leaving for boot camp soon. I finally reached my weight goal. 205 pounds! Just so you guys can get an idea just how much I lost for this, I started out at around 235 pounds. Thirty pounds finally gone! Woot! Okay other than that I'm home all day today so AIM or PM me if you want. Peace!
