part 6 of my story ' The demon hunter'
The town of 'shalyto' lay along the ranges base, past the path. The sun had been up for a few hours, by now and was hanging suspended halfway between the horizon and the skyline. He would rest at the small town's, inn.
His wounds had begun to clott over in scabs forming new scars. His shoulder was flashing on and off, with sharp jolts of pain, like being shocked over a large period of time wtih, short breaks in between. But fortuantley that was the worst of his injuries and the fierce battle had earned him some powerful spirits. The talisman's energy had grown, with each new spirit it obtained. The stronger the life force of the spirit, the more energy that was amounted. This allowed the talisman's user to unleash more deadly 'kiluko' attacks. These attacks are based on the users elemental essence. This art form can only be used by 'adept samurai's' such as Nazetsu.
Now though he continued along the path, a fork lay up ahead. One route lead to a forest the other to 'shalyto'. A hunched figure, leaned aginat the sign in the fork. It was a man. His hair was a golden yellow as the sun rays highlighted it. A gun long rested by his side. Its barrel lay incribed by patterns of demons. He wore a black long hat which shrouded his face in shadows. He looked up, the shadows retreating further up his face. He stared solemnly at the travelling samurai his eyes, black wells of ink. his features were narled his cheeks covered in arrays of cuts and scars. He stepped out, now obscurring the path. His fingers twitched on the guns hilt.
'were are you heading to.' His voice was harsh and rich.
nazetsu replied his eyes averted to the ground now glanced up.
'I am on my way to the town 'shalyto'. although this is no concern of yours.'
' yeah i guess it isnt, but the path to 'shalyto' has been destroyed by bandits and so you will have to go through the forest and believe me it is not a nice place to be.'
'thank you for your concern, but i must be off.' Nazetsu began walking towards the man.
'Im sorry but first i must ask you to a duel.' The man smiled his teeth were white and faintly pointed.

part 5 of my story
'Well done, i am impressed. I see that you have defeated my men. Yes, i am impressed, but i guess not surprised, wind samurai. I am 'Sahraz' the leader of the 'twilight faurls',or was. Have my men earned the right for your name yet?' The mans voice was as hefty as his laughter.
'I am the wind adept 'Nazetsu'. Most know me, as the owner of Naryusha and Nashia the demon blades.' As he spoke he picked Naryusha back up and sheathed her.
' Ah, yes your reputation is known in these rgions wind samurai, perhaps i was foolish to think that my men could handle you. I however shall take pleasure in their vengance.' His voice boomed.
'Lets begin then shall we.' He laughed again, clutching his stomach, the laugh rumbled like thunder. After completing the ritual, respective bows they begun. Nazetsu held his ground as the giant man thundered, towards him with amazing speed. The fastness of the attack nearly allowed the staff to hit him, but he dodged to the left and countered. The match seemed evenly set, with each of the blows being blocked or dodged. The giant roared with laughter.'You are good, wind samurai.' He lunged at him the staff held with two hands at either end. Nazetsu caught it with his blade, in an attempt to hold it off. The downward momentan of the staff, forced Nazetsu onto his knees. The giant, beared down on him as he struggled, to keep him off. 'Smack' one of the hefty fists colided into Nazetsu's cheek, sending him sprawling onto his back. The cheap blow was enough to give the gaint an advantage over the dazed samurai. He leapt, sending blows, with the staff across the samurai's head and torso.'I expexted more from you, you dissapoint me.'
His massive hand seized the samurai's head and begun to lift him off the floor. He hung there helpless, like a rag doll. The gaint grabbed his arm and yanked it behind his back. Naztesu yelled as his arm was nearly yanked out its socket by this hulk. His fingers clicked as they were bent back and pulled a part. He looked at the giant who treated him like a toy, who still chuckled to himself.
The samurai's foot struck the side of the giants face with a sick 'crunch' as the blow snapped his jaw and ruptured the vessels in his nose as blood began streaming out. The giant roared dropping the samurai who's state was drained and weak. He struggled to haul himself onto his feet. Now on one foot and one knee, facing the recovering giant,he spoke.
'Now it is time to end this, shall your evil feed my talsiman.'
He drew Naryusha and Nashia.
'Wind of the skies, heed me. Unleash your wrath, 'Gale harpoon'!'
A torrent of wind-born leaves, swirled and swept around him. Fully consuming him in gale force winds. He leapt at the giant, striking deep into his chest, with both blades, as the wind howled, the giants roars were drowned out. He swept the blades up through the giant, flipping over his back and landing gracefully on the floor behind him. The giant was now nothing but a bloody pile on the floor, his features lay covered in blood, his own wet intestines lay sprawled in a smaller heap next to is body, slipping through the chasm running along his chest.
The wind died out.

part 4 of my story
The leader had not changed facial expression or posture through this, not showing any sign of remorse, still, continuing to smirk insanely. He pulled up his hand and snapped two of his giant fingers, the last two men nodded. They knew what had to be done. They didn't circle or taunt the samurai, instead they both bowed to him. Slowly the samurai mimicked the bows, he noticed that these men had assumed a certain posture. He realised that these were not like the others, their stance gave away their training. He redied himself, he would have to be more careful. Another thing that he noticed was that these men were idential in appearence except form a few scars and physical traits in height. They both had platinum shoulder length hair and the same mad silver eyes, but now they seemed to contain more, perhaps it was a hint of control, or of insanity.
'We are the two brothers 'Gerualich' and we are different from the fools, that you just slew.' The taller of the two spoke his voice, was blunt.
'Thats right, we shall make quick work of you. You are a fool to go up against us.' The seconds, voice was also blunt.
'So fool, do you have a name to put on your grave.'His eyes flashed at the mention of the word grave.
The samurai laughed, startling the two.
'You are not worthy of my name, your insolence, astuonds me. Only my sword Naryusha concerns you.' The words spilled out steady and powerful.
'Fine then you shall die unnamed.'The tall ones voice was shaking with rage.
'ready brother' he shouted.
The two brothers lept forward, their whips raised, sending multiple blows towards the samurai. He deflected them, parrying with his sword. The whips cracked violently leaping at him. One of the tails caught him on his cheek, a line of blood broke through the surface, as a second tail, clashed into his back. The force was unexpected as the samurai staggered, slipping onto his knees. The pain burning, surged in torrents up and down his back. The smaller brother raised his whip, about to strike his face, but the samurai swept up his blade in a flurry. The brothers whip landed on the floor his hand still holding it.
'you crazy bastard, i'll make you pay for that, ill take your hands, instead.'His voice came out brash tinged with a mixture of pain and anger. The brother pulled out his short sword and jabbed, sparadically at The samurai, but again he raised his blade. This time though, the taller brothers whip wrapped around his wrist in a grasp equal to a constricter's. The dagger scraped across the samurai's stomach, the cut was deep but not fatal. The strain on his wrist, forced him to drop Naryusha as it 'clanged' on the ground.
'Now ill make you pay.' The insanity was clear now in the brother's eyes. He lunged at the samurai burrowing the blade, into his soulder. A grin spread wildly, like fire on the brothers faces.
'that will teach y....ahhh' his cocky aasurtion was cut off, in mid-sentence. His throat now opened as wide as his smile, now Nashia's thisrt had been awakened. One hand held the Tanto while the other clutched the bleeding gauge on his shoulder, which was now excreciatingly painful. His face was red, as sweat soaked into the strands of hair that had escaped from the ribbon.
'No, i cant believe it, how could you kill my brother? Fair, be it, i will repay you for his sake.' His voice was steady, except for the small traces of surprise and shock, that resonated out in a higher pitch. The whip was slung loosely over his shoulder, he grabbed the hilt and then, the end and pulled it tight. A few cracks echoed in the air, as he then sent it spiralling down towards the samurai. The end swept through the air and then stopped, as it collide with the ground.

A flurry of leaves was sent spiralling up into, the air circling, as if being carried by a minature tornado.
'now this is your end. 'Airs descent'.' the samurai cried, the sound magnified as if carried by the wind, seemed, to come from the swirling leavestorm. A flash of red and then nothing. The last brother hit the floor with a sickening 'thud'. The samurai had appeared from, thin air, out of a billow of smoke, he descended catching the brother in the face, instantly killing him.

A haughty laugh resumed and the sound of clapping. The samurai glanced up. The leader stood theyr're, his giant hands grasping his Bo-staff. His hulking body moved with the laughter

this is part 3 of my story
The first to reach him, thrust his blade at the samurai's chest, but found nothing but air. Swiftly the samurai descended behind the man, sending Naryusha, to dance up his back and finally finish, resting inbetween the joint, connecting spine to skull. The man fell, as the blade slid through and then out of the neck, with the ease. It was in a way perfect and artistically beautiful. Warm blood, sticky and dark, trickled down his throat as the blade hummed, in chorus with the talisman.
The other man, slightly stunned, was on the edge of turning tail and fleeing, but unable to decide between who he feared the most, this man or his boss, knew that his choices were grave.
He decided to take the oppurtunity of a foe with a turned back. And he may have succeeded in landing his sharp swing, if he was fighting an ordinary man, but unfortunately for him, this man was not. As the saber plummeted towards his head, the samurai made a sharp, half turn, swinging feircely in an arc. The blow conected, just above the knees, shattering the bone in the jackal's left leg, while splitting the tendons in both legs. His legs spasamed, as they buckled giving way to the weight of his body. He kneeled on all fours, as his legs continued to shake violently, his face opened up, in a horrible grimace, lines of pain lay etched into it. The talsimans glow, illuminated the horrified crevices.
A quick death abruptly asumed as the blade was plunged deep into his back, running through his heart, it may have been quick, but it was not quiet, as blood gushed from his mouth, he yelped like a dog that had just been shot, for the last two forthcoming, seconds of his death. His mad silver eyes, now verged on white, full of despair. As he then died.

This is the second part to my story.
An arrow cut trough the air and the silence was released from the night by the 'twang' of a bow. The archer drifted back into the shadows as sharply as he had left them. The samurai turned a sharp sidestep back. As the 'whir' of the arrow sped past him. His hands already gripping the hilt of Naryusha. A cry of shrill excitement, obliterated the nights strange, tranquility. A group of bandits wearing brown and black cloaks, stood on the range. From the slits of their eyes, silver mad iris's peered out. These were a fierce race of men, called 'faurls' and they were the sole purpose, to most of the regions prolems, they are vicous and cold. Often associated with thievery and torture.
At least five to six of them stood now queit on the ranges top. Their beading, silver flicks, darted over the samurai, assessing their prey. A moment os stillness followed. Then three of them began to run down the slope, the rocks and dust scattering, as if running in fear. The three men carried sabers, while two of the three remaining, on the range carried a whip and short sword each, the last a Bo-staff.

The three circled the samurai, while taunting and mocking him. They laughed like jackals, wild and rabid, continuosly juggling the swords from hand to hand. The samurai remained still, he seemed to be ignoring the three jackals as he stared up at the man with the Bo-staff. The mans arms were crossed, as he watched his 'jackals' dancing.
Suddenly one of the jackals, raised his saber, releasing a high pitched scream. He hurtled forward though his sudden, advancement was cut short by Naryusha. The blade splitting him open across the abdomen, the cut ran deep, the man collapsed, a dark puddle formed at the wound, seeping onto the ground. Naryusha hung, by the samurais side, a trickle of blood ran its length, its thirst reawakened.
The mans last departing breath released his soul, it rose, invisible to the naked eye, but not competely. You could still sense the cold stale trace, it left in the air. A vibrant humming filled the air, like the humming made by not just one be but a hundred bee's. The talsiman vibrated, radiating a hue blue, its thirst to, had been reawakened. Startled and highly optimistic about what they should do. The two men leapt at the samurai.

This is part 1 of my story its in parts 4 easier reading. it contains scenes of blood and violence which some people may find disturbing, u have been warned.
The palescent glow of the fading orange to red sun, lighting up the surrounding mountain range. A samurai, his skills honed into the point of is blade, through a life of dedication, travelled along the ranges rocky path.

His feet tread lightly ,leaving small foot prints of his presence in the grey dust. Slung carelessly over his shoulder lay a satchel containing food, water and minimal possesions. Sadled between his belt and black kimono lay his essence, his life being, his two blades; the legendary katana Naryusha and on the opposite side his brother the tanto Nashia. These had a more greater purpose then mere possesions. These were his tools, Like the weapon smith uses his hammer, to forge fine blades, he used, his tools to capture the malevolent evil from his victims, cleansing they're souls and allowing them to enter the afterworld pure, and set free from the sahckles of evil. These spirits, then are encased in a talsiman suspended about his neck.
Strands of brown hair lay sprawled on his beaded face, his hairs length reaching the middle of his back, fastened tightly by a crimson ribbon.

He is traveling towards the nearest town, which is about 16 miles due north of the path, over the range. His journey had taken him 48 days, sleeping where there was shelter and moving from town to town. Drifting along unnoticed, as if he didn't even exist. He was percieving a quest, a personal mission, and for his sake and alot of other peoples, he must accomplish it. A burning desire has befallen him and the heavy and cruel grudge that ways upon his shoulders will not be so kindly lifted until he has completed this mission.
The sky darkened as the sun's glow dwindled down like a candle about to die out, Cowering completely concealed now, behind the mountains range. As the shadows of night swept the sky.

He would continue walking until dawn, it was safer to rest in the bright of day, in these regions. He would be reaching the town in the morning anyway, for now though, he would have to keep his wits as sharp as his blades.
An hour or two had passed and the moon hung decieptfully in the sky. The path was shrowded deeply, in darkness now and the cries of wild, perhaps savage animals clung to the air piercing the darkness. The samurai, his name unknown sat perched on a outcrop of rocks, a leather clad water carrier lay pressed against his parched lips. Once he was contempt and ready, he stood up and placed the carrier back into the sathel. A strong silence had seized the night, as the animals cries fell distant and then died out altogether. A scuffle, then silence.
