Naruto.... On Drugs!!!
Naruto: its not drugs, its turetts syndrom.
Sasuke: weed, (back to the theory of the sharingan replacing the dialated pupils) or Crack.
Sakura: Shrooms or other hallusinagens.
Kakashi: perminant case of being half baked.
3rd Hokage (leaf village): pipe tobacco/ longbottom leaf (look it up in tolkien).
Chiouji: constantly comming off weed, thus the munchies.
Gaara: not drugs (although meth could be part of his personality), i say split personality disorder.
Orochimaru: Extacy (thus the weird tongue thing)
Itachi: i said weed before, and im sticking to it.
