The green one ain't green no more. (Thanks, Azure-jiji, for that. ^_~)
Tonight, the impossible was made its exact opposite: the entirely plausible.
That's right: we managed to make a Link costume (with the help of my friend's mother who became almost fanatic when it came to Purple Link's hat, especially), watch a few minutes of the elusive Kill Bill, play Sakura as a duet, on the--get this--violin and alto sax, tune the crap out of a desperately flat strings instrument, and eat some of the best damn pizza and marangue pie on the face of the earth.
All while listening to The Best of John Lennon/Enya.
Good times, good times.
My mother forgot to pick up my violin from the wherever she found it on her way home today, rendering me speechless with dissapointment and grief.
