Just read the damn thing..._ _U
Message to all the peoples on behalf of a good friend of mine:
"I, the Dutchess of the Spoons, hereby decree that, henseforth, all characters in all short stories must be named Derf or any variations thereof. (i.e. Durf, Derph, Dirf etc...)

Just something highly amusing that I thought I'd share with the world. We actually wrote out this document in--er--copper gelpen and got people to sign it...people such as: Napolean, The Governor General, George Washington, and Nar. The only signature that really makes it legal is Nar's, of course. I think it was signed by Naruto in three places, too...o.o
