Can't sleep, even though I'm tired. Not very good at school. Not at all.
Anyway, since I can do nothing for school when I'm tired and expect it to be A-grade work, I drew up a quick shot of yugi eatin' a card, mostly to practice painting. So.. yeah.

Very sad
The lastest filler of Naruto was actually going somewhere. Heaven forbid, it was actually getting interesting! Hinata and her crazy new powers, the bikouchu, and the awesome bee clan that hates Shino's Aburame clan.
But, of course, the writers decided "no". Apparently, one cannot get the bikouchu to work, and then fail to get sasuke back. Instead, no, the team must be so competent as to find the bug, defeat their stong enemies, but not enough to allow the bug to find Sasuke.
Heck, had the allowed the bug to follow Sasuke's scent, at least it could have constituted some more (good?) filler, as opposed to this next episode, which appears to be about a funeral. How sad.

Swimming in Justsu
Or something like that. I just finsihed a 6 (or so) drawing. My assumption is that it must be good if I put that much work into it.
I could, of course, be wrong.

But anyway, this news post is not about that. It is about Naruto. I don't quite see why they are waiting untill October to begin the merchandising Blitz for it. I mean, they know it's going to sell. Heck, they could have sold stuff before the show appeared. But nay! Instead, they choose to wait a good month before even allowing us to see what random stuff we will be allowed to purchase.

My prediction is marbles with naruto faces in them, or bouncy balls with naruto characters in them. Second up will be.. chocolate kunais! =D

Well, the big N day has come and gone, and yes, Naruto in america is passable. The question is: do we care?
Now that it's out, I really don't. Once again, it's going to be something that will be so over marketed that you will be drowning in naruto soon enough, and it will inevitably kill any love you used to have of the characters, when you see the action figues on T.V. with little kids rubbing their greasy hands over some small, vulerable version of Gaara that, in itself, already makes you want to cry.
Me? I'm just waiting for a dang affordable forhead protector. My black one got gurged upon, I figure it's time to upgrade.

You know school has you in it's vicelike grip when even weekends aren't fun anymore. They're filled with work, and all around not enjoying your non existant freetime.
This, among other things, has turned my life into one pretty annoying existance. Barely awake half the time, and the time I am, I'm not even allowed to think my own thoughts. Sigh. One day, this madness will end.
