Kung-fu
Asian Kung-fu Generation!
You know, the guys who sung Rewrite (from fullmetal alchemist) and Haruka Kanata (from Naruto).

Well, they released an album in america (meaning it wouldn't cost 50 bucks to import). And, I can say, they are pretty sweet. I didn't believe it at first (I bought it mainly for YamiSnuffles, she loves AKG). I don't know a dang thing they're saying, or even the titles of the songs, but they rock. Oh yeah, and the lead singer totally looks like some nerd off the street who just kinda talks into a microphone. That's new.

So yeah, you unbeleivers! Go buy Sol-Fa! Now.

Book Sale!
Holy crap.

I went and stopped by Purdue's book sale today. I had to hold myself back so I wouldn't go broke. There were all these awesome books I wanted like and atlus that was at least 3 feet by 2 feet.
Or books written in French for 2 dollars. I ended up buying a book in French about "Les Oiseaux". Bird pictures are nice, so is french. I think it was ment for french kids, so I probably will be able to read it.
Also got a art book that somehow pertains to music. I don't care, it has impressionists, which is cool. FInally, got Understanding Media by McLuhan. That's an actual book, required reading for a class I'm taking in two semesters. Haha, will save me a bunch.

ANyway, I'm tempted still to go back and buy a huge atlus. Perhaps Myui would be down with checking the sale out, it is extreme to the max.

ONE PEACE
Well, I had orginally decided to never, ever post fanart here again;

But I had to, because I want to get an artist's table this summer, and I want to be able to maybe sell something.

So, fanart of Sanji from One Piece is up, give it a vote, yes?

WOOOOAAAAAAHHHH
Well, actually..
first is Mother 3 Website!

But more so, its the sugar-coated-sugar website that is Sweet Kitty Anime
Things like chibi maru, which is, as far as I can tell, a brownish blob with eyes, nose, and a mouth, seems like something that will make more "cute"s come out of a girl's mind than anything that came before. Sadly, what I was looking for, the "sweet" part, the refuse to sell.. ONLINE.

I found this amusing:
The Wal-mart movie: "The high cost of low price.

I've got a stressfull week, a project due, a ton of digital paint to be placed, and a test right in the middle of it. I'll be amazed if either sides of my brain makes it through undamaged.

Yoshi
Hmm, hello again.
Mostly wanted to post a link to My Little World. It may never come out, but if it does, it will be one heck of a cool animated movie.

Other than that, I am kinda angry about all this crap about the Open Library Alliance and Google duking it out. First of all, the OLA just sucks. The way they provide books to you is terrible at best. It's interesting that you can actually turn the pages, or have it read. But this is not nearly as good as Project Gutenberg, wich most likely has their books, and many more in a txt format. So much nicer to computers than JPGs on the internet. Lastly, what google is doing is not providing the books, but making them searchable, something infinitely more helpful than just tossing a book your way. I don't like that this is turning into a big fight. It will only end up with the worst possible senario for books online, as opposed to something actually beneficial.
