Irresistable!
I guess it was inevitable, me being a CGT student surrounded by my peers who had all bought Adobe CS2. I finally took the 173 dollar plunge, and bought it myself. And dang, am I happy. I finally have a legal copy of Photoshop, that eat my old PS 6 easily, with its creazy brushes, and layer comps, and oh! color modes! Bliss.
I also got my hands on Adobe Illustrator CS2 with it. Finally, after what seems like forever, I have a somewhat more capable vector imaging software. No longer do I have to struggle with FreeHand and its inability to deal with things like transparency. Sheesh.
In short, Student discounts rock. A lot.
