Today is V-day
It's a lot like Halloween; only you have to dress up as a skeleton wearing hearts. Then, you go around to people and shoot them with arrows, professing that you have just put them in love with their greatest crush. Demand candy after that, on threat that you will take that love away.

I actually don't know if that will work. But your only other option is to steal those chocolates from people and run faster than they can.
