My Final Tears


I smile, but the tears still flow.
I laugh, but the pain is still there.
I speak, but the words I can not keep.
How come I linger in fear?

The world flies by, but I’m still standing still.
The sun still shines, but I’m left in the dark.
The noises are all around, but I’m left with out a sound.
How come I feel so alone?
