I Stopped Thinking, Therefore, I Was.
Introduction
Yet another week has past, but with it, the onset of Fall.
This is my favorite time of the year with all of the leaves changing, albeit minimal being in So Cal. The air gets a bit clearer and the Sun goes down earlier, leaving a nice, brisk feeling. Good stuff…that is until the East winds start to blow us all to Kingdom come. All of my So Cal brothers and sisters know what I’m talking about.
Every year around this time, we get a gnarly dry, hot wind that blows in from the desert and sucks every pore in your body dry.
It cleans out the air but, man, does it get dry.
All things considered, I still love the Fall.
Anime Law of the Day
Anime Law #45: Law of Juvenile Omnipotence
Always send a boy to do a man's job. He'll get it done in half the time and twice the angst.
The Vad Bag
I was in a job interview and I opened a book and started reading. Then I said to the guy, "Let me ask you a question. If you are in a spaceship that is traveling at the speed of light, and you turn on the headlights, does anything happen?" He said, "I don't know." I said, "I don't want your job."
I have the world's largest collection of seashells. I keep it on all the beaches of the world... perhaps you've seen it....
Features
Well, it’s Friday, so it’s time to do a little self promotion.
This is a brand new piece I’ve been working on. It’s very rough and this will likely be a bit different when you see it next.
Anyway, here you go. Enjoy.
Parting Shots
Ever notice that when the Disney Channel goes to a commercial, its a Disney commercial? There’s not one ad for anything non-Disney. None.
Self-promotion at it’s finest. Genius.
Later,
Grif
