Untitled- The Grifter
Here I stand, silent and alone
The night is done, my sins atoned
My face adorned with bloody smirk
Conscience condoned my troubled work

An empty hole inside of me
I fill this void so frivilously
Nothing known can bring her back
For alchemy has changed all that

To play as God, to save just one
I've soiled my hands, I've come undone
This beauty I loved and could not let go
To do such a thing with nothing to show

Clearly to me, a message was sent
Forever in me, to rue and lement
My heart and soul submerged in regret
My only true love, to never forget
