   That's alotta sevens...
It's 7/7/07 today...joyous. It would help to have some good luck today, because I happen to be a very UNlucky person. But, alas, I'm also not superstitious. Isn't that something strange...?
Tomorrow I'm gonna be up working at camp! I'm so psyched for this! I'll be up for a week, and I REALLY hope to have something new in my portfolio soon after I get back. If not, you have permission to scold me...but no hitting

I went to the movie theater AGAIN this week. This time to see Ocean's Thirteen. XD Highly amusing.
I also want to apologize about not updating my portfolio in a long time. It's summer and I'm still incredibly busy. And next week, I'll be out of town, so I won't be able to submit anything. But I plan on putting something up soon!

   lol, color movie!
If you read my last post, you would know that I watched several black and white movies that week. And after seeing Ed Wood, I was curious and dared to watch some of Edward D. Wood Jr.'s works, which were in black and white as well. So I was kind of in a color deficit. Today I fixed that by watching Ocean's Eleven for the first time in ages, and I went to go see Ratatouille...which I have had a buring desire to see for months and snapsicles went to see it WITHOUT me on freaking OPENING DAY. And on Monday, I'm gonna go see it again. I love you, Pixar!!

   [subjectless...again]
I'm back in my movie watching vibe. Yay! I watched four (very different) movies this week. (Only similarities that come to mind are a) they're all in black and white, and b) they're all on IMDb's top 250 list...oh yeah, and I watched them all in the dark) XP
Young Frankenstein - Last time I saw this one, I was five (huzzah for psycho parents!). Funnier than I remembered.
Schindler's List - I don't normally watch movies of this genre (and it's kind of a touchy subject), so I dunno what to say.
The Gold Rush - Totally old school!! w00t!
Ed Wood - Quite possibly the most SEVERELY underrated movie I have EVER seen. Loved it. Watched it twice.

   Lion King
So, I was bored and watched The Lion King for the first time in, like, 10 years. Last month, I came upon some screenshots from the movie and I was like "holy crap...the art is awesome...I need to watch that movie again." And so I did. I'm not gonna lie...Jeremy Irons has a pretty sexy voice >3

   OMG, POTC 3!!
I just saw Pirates of the Caribbean 3...it was pimpin'. And there was a whopping grand total of 6 people in the theater.
Pirates are basically amazing. My favorite one's still the first...but not by much.
