Still got tons of candy leftover, despite being up all night.
Just been watching the first few episodes of Yoake Mae Yori Ruri Iro Na and now I really want music from that too.
Also still looking for music from This Ugly Yet Beautiful World too x_x;

Nothing really going on right now. Just having a heck of a time trying to find a place to download music from This Ugly Yet Beautiful World (preferably the entire opening song..I think it was Metamorphosis or something).
Hopefully someone could help me out somehwere x_x;; (maybe a site with a bunch of other anime music that I could torrent or download or something).

Long time since my last post.
Anyways, pretty much the usual going on. Managed to find a good site that you can watch anime on; http://www.crunchyroll.com/forum
Gotta join, but no payments involved or anything and it has LOTS of anime series on it (some complete and some incomplete, but usually updated). Thanks to that, I've managed to see a bunch of things I've wanted to see before like .hack//Roots, the Intermezzo and Unison episodes of .hack//Sign, Zoids Genesis, Mai-HiME, Air Gear and, currently, Mahou Sensei Negima! (anime and OVA) and Fate/Stay Night.
I am completely addicted to the opening of Mahou Sensei Negima!, Happy Material and, thankfully, I managed to find a site with all the music on it too, so that was another 30+ songs on my iPod Nano, lol.

Site's in Thai, but it shouldn't be too hard to figure out generally.

Got X-Men III on DVD today as well as volume 1 of Comic Party Revolution and I thought it was really good. Hopefully the next volume(s) will come out soon.

Meh...just got an iPod Nano a couple days ago...seems like everything went wrong for me that day, though...
First my sister starts b******* around for no real reason at all...AGAIN...
Then I get my iPod...and, for some reason, my Realplayer just HAPPENS to screw over and I have reload it and everything...which, in turn, erases ALL of my MP3's from its library...
So then, I have to search through ALL my music to try to find all the MP3's that were in there if I still had them...which took until iike...4 AM...
And then I find out, for some reason, my computer doesn't seem to accept any sort of outside devices...nothing ever seems to register...so I have do it all downstairs after spend 2-3+ hours moving music from my computer to the downstairs computer...
Then after spending about 3-4+ hours trying to figure out what to download to make it work, I STILL can't seem to figure out how to transfer the music from the computer to the iPod.
If that weren't enough, we never could figure out a way until, all of a sudden, we realize that we need to have an Installation CD...WHICH WE NEVER GOT!!!! ><*
So yeah...this iPod is starting to feel like a whole waste of $200+...
And now, for some reason, the site doesn't seem to be letting me play my music I have anymore...and since MP3's are rare enough to link to, I can't seem to find any good music to put on anyways...

Went and saw Flyboys last night and I must say that it was an, in my opinion, excellent movie.
Being a WWI aircraft fan, I thought that the rendering of the looks of the planes was very good as it is (in terms of the CGI-generated ones). Not only that, but the dogfights that were generated were also extremely well done and on the mark.
The planes moved JUST as they would back in those days of WWI (1914-1918) and they also made the dogfights like they should be. (consisting of usually a dozen or so planes). 180 degree turns being able to be made VERY quickly without leaving the dogfight so much.
Seeing this movie shows that dogfights were just as, if not MORE, intense back then as they were in more modern day dogfights. Heck, a bunch of pilots died from getting SHOT by the pursuring enemy rather than having their plane shot down and crashing.
The way the people were done is pretty good as well. Unlike Pearl Harbor, it wasn't a sappy little romance story. There is a bit, but it's not NEARLY as much. It also shows how quickly people can die upon joining the war as well as showing how people react with varying degrees.
The only real downside I have to it was the fact that there weren't more different aircraft. The primary aircraft were...
Neiuport 17
Fokker Dr.1 Triplane (my all-time favorite ^_^)
...in the dogfights. 2 battles involving Bombers (1 time from the Allies and 1 time from Germany) and 1 battle involving a Zeppelin. They DO mention others like the Spad XIII, SE-5a and Neiuport 11, but they never show them fight at all. I was hoping to see things like...
Sopwith Pup
Sopwith Camel
Sopwith Triplane
Sopwith Dolphin
Albatross D.III
Albatross D.V
Fokker D.VII
Fokker D.VIII
Pfalz D.III
etc
...meh, but since it's more focused on just 1 fighter group, I guess I can't really complain that much.
Overall, I recommend this movie to anyone interested. I also recommend it more for the theater while you can since that provides much greater effect with the dogfighting.
