Nightfall is here......
As you may be aware, I like to play the game Guild Wars, alot. And as such I would like to provide the following public service announcement:

Nightfall is here!

Nightfall is, ofcourse, the latest Guild Wars expansion which came out on friday ^_^ Now I must have left uni around midday on friday, went into town and bought a copy. Between my arriving home on friday and falling asleep saterday evening I managed to clock up about 18 hours of game play. Now considering I had to eat and sleep etc Id say thats verging on obsessive lol. But im not worried ^_^

Sadly Nightfall unlike the Prophecies and Factions campaigns doesnt seems to have a nice cinematic video for me to post. But I did find this one and it made me laugh so im posting this instead (even though it has nothing to do with Nightfall) ^_^

   Evening one and all
Good evening, im writing tonight because I cant sleep, which sucks. Well its been quite a while since my last post, pretty eventful time of it too. Iv been to London, more or less on a whim, to see an exibition with some friends. We travelled up to a friend's house and stayed there the night before, then on the actual day we drove to a tube station and got the train to the center. After going to the exibition we took the train as close to the center as possible then went for a walk, which killed my feet T_T

Ofcourse by this time our designated drivers were far to tired to drive home so we ended up staying another night.

Then in the morning I couldnt beleive it, but I woke up with a migraine! I havnt had one of those since school! Luckly one of my friends also suffers with them so he gave me some medicine and a dark room to fall asleep in. That stuff knocks you out cold.

Anyway so a few hours later I was feeling well again and was able to go to Bath (the city, not the tub) with my boyfriend for our aniversery. Which was nice. We stayed in a nice B&B and went shopping and site seeing and all that sort of thing ^_^

So that was a pretty eventful few days lol, and all my time since then has been taken up prepareing for a test that we had today. Not really sure how well it went, I guess il have to wait till the marks come out.

Phew, that was a long post. also I got my hair cut today, im pretty pleased with it ^_^

And your answers to my caption competiton made me laugh ^_^ I might have to do another sometime.

Hi all!
Well, not a great deal has really gone on. Im still back at uni :-p got to settle down to work on some assignments soon. Trying to have a quiet weekend and so far pretty much succeding.

Probly going to play some guildwars, speaking of which, my favorite character JennyDoll has new armor so I thought id post a piccy ^_^

Back to Uni
Well Iv gone back to university now. Our class has shrunk quite considerably since last year but thats not too surprising.

Now I have to work on finding a work placement, this is being made harder by the fact I dont want to move away for personal reasons. So im starting particularly early and, fingers crossed, ill find something.

Somehow the summer seems to have slipped away without my realising it, and suddenly its September and time to get back to it again. Not that I ever really stopped with work and all, but that was pretty good too lol :-)

   ill today.....
I didnt go to work today, iv managed to come down with another bug, on top of the one I just got rid of. I dont like not going to work, it isnt just the missed pay and missed experience (I learn a lot where I work) I also feel it doesnt look very good, especially when I was off for a day only a couple of weeks ago...

I know you cant help getting sick but even so, maybe id feel less bad if I had some real outward symptoms like being sick or coughing or something, but this is one of those achy, fevery things that stops you from sleeping.

Ugh, well hopefully i'll be back to work tomorrow. Then back to uni, busy busy busy :-)

   I uploaded my quiz again
I uploaded my quiz again, aparently theres a new person in charge of the quizzes so keep you fingers crossed for me ^_^
Well im entering the last week of my summer job now, its been fun and the extra money has been very welcome but its time to go back to uni soon.
My boyfriend and I went with some of our friends to see the Chinese State Circus last night, It was really very good with some very impressive acts. Also we managed to get a voucher that gives you half prices entery AND student discount! So we got some really cheap ringside seats! I would definatly recommend it to anybody if they come to your town.

uploaded my picture again
I re uploaded my ritualist picture because I couldnt see it in my portfolio and I assumed it had been lost when the MO hard drive died the other day. But although I could see it at 1st it now seems to be gone again.... How very confusing...

Also, im very proud one of my pictures made it onto the main MO page ^_^ my picture of a mechanic is sat beside the post about the way fan art voting has changed... Maybe its just a little script that grabs a random picture out of the portfolio of whoever is looking at the post? But still, made me feel good anyway ^_^

Also apparently theres been some troble with the quizzes, so maybe ill re submit mine. Not now though, too late in the evening ^_^

   Its finallly finished ^_^
Iv finally posted my picture that got scratched ^_^ its odd that the actual damage itself was quite easy to hide, what took the time was that because of the scratch I couldnt ink the thing in so I had to get a grey scale image to be black and white (its not as easy as it sounds!)

But its finally finished! Its a character from the game GuildWars , the one that eats most of my time lol ;-) Shes a ritualist so she summons spirits to aid her allies. Fans of the game will notice the armor is loosely based on the Luxon style armor from the game.

Im feeling a bit better now, but still not sure if im up for going to the zoo, well at least its bank holiday monday now so I have some time to recover.

   Im ill
I feel so ill, I think iv picked up some sort of coldy fluey thing. I think iv been fighting it off for weeks, and its finally caught up with me. And we were going to go to the zoo today aswell but im just not up for it T_T why couldnt I get ill on a weekend where I had nothing planned. I hope I get better soon, I dont want to have to take any time off work next week.

In some slightly better news Iv almost finished rescueing my picture (the one that got scratched by a dog) and many hours of work later its almost ready to post, im just adding some shading.
