   Back on help desk again today
And im all by myself! every1 else in the office has gone to get a delivery. There are phones ringing all around but I cant answer them because theyre not my phone.

I wouldve liked to help with the delivery, its a good workout lol. But someone has to stay on helpdesk so I dont mind.

Im not on helpdesk all the time, I fix PCs too and get new ones ready to use.

Im afrad I wont be online at all next week as im going to wales on holiday, which should be fun. Hope you are all well ^_^
