MP3 users check dis', my anime playlist,
This is in retaliation to Ronshi's article about some suggestions for IY music, I chose my own, although I admit the J-Pop is FAR BETTER THAN THIS, these songs are kinda fun to listen to while watching anime or readin' manga,
Most anime soundtracks are composed of original music and J-Pop tunes, since it's Japanese of course, but I've been going through my record collection and looking at some other types of music that would sound cool in a few of my fave series,

The Gundam series and spin-offs thereof:
Sentimental scenes- Don't change the music! It's good already!

Those kinda depressing war scenes- the cover of John Lennon's Imagine by A Perfect Circle, it's so saddening, so it fits plenty of the 1979 series' episodes,

The super-Intense battles/the introduction of an awesome new MS- Black Sabbath's Iron Man, really fits the chaos of Gundam Wing,

Dragon Ball series:
The super-fast fight scenes- The Garden Of Eden by Guns n' Roses, it's the fastest speed metal song I've heard in months, especially fits The Cell saga,

The dumb/funny scenes- Angry Whiteboy Polka, one of Weird Al's strangest songs,

And lastly,
Inuyasha:
Those massive fights scenes- Blackened, an under-appreciated Metallica classic, it's screaming death-based insanity is perfect for those huge and seemingly endless battles,

Those scenes where Kikyou seems to pop out of nowhere- Gn'R's Mr. Brownstone, the lyrics really sum up how she continues to haunt Inuyasha throughout the series,

When Kagome's upset- Obvious choice, Don't Cry, the censored version of course, not the ranting, bitter, alternate lyrics version, Shannon Hoon is fantastic in this collaboration with Axl Rose,

A depressing Kikyou/Inuyasha flashback-TIE! Either Boulevard Of Broken Dreams by Green Day or Nirvana's Heart-Shaped Box, there's both a combination of suicidal verses and both contain a loud, in-yo'-face chorus,

Although J-Pop will forever remain a staple and a necessity in anime, I just thought I'd share my ideas,
If you've got a song you'd like to hear in an anime, please mention so in your comments,
Yea!
