To do that you have to go to "edit styles" and type #XXXXXX into: "Change Main Background Color", "Change Site Border Color", "Change Inner Background Color", "Change Menu Color", "Change Link Color. And to get the background to stay go to: post styles and type: body{background: url('type the web address of the background here') fixed
