First...
sorry for the lack of update yesterday. and since i won't be able to update on thanksgiving...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, MINNA-SAN~!

hmmmm if i made a list of stuff i was thankful for it might make this a very long entry... but i'll make a condensed version.

JROCK~!!!!
I'm in such a great mood right now... i think i'm kind of hyper too. ^^'

it's so nice to have friends with fast modems. lol. but today my friend from art club gave me a cd she burned of all this jrock! i'm so~~~~ happy! this is stuff i wouldn't have been able to listen to without her too haha. well maybe i could have found some on songjapan but i know for a fact that some are not available there and to download all these songs would take me well over a week~! haha. but it would. even just the first cd is about 700 mb... haha. so yeah~. hmmm it takes me about 4 minutes for 1 mb so... 2800 minutes? meaning... 46 2/3 hours... ok so not a week. but actually maybe because the computer tends to slow down A LOT every once in a while... ^^'

and guess what's on here!! the hyde and gackt song! for moon child!! i've been looking for that FOREVER!! also what i have been looking for for a long time... An-Cafe!! wheee i'm so happy~~~

but anyway~~ i wouldn't have known how much i like these artists if i hadn't gotten these two cds~ ^_^

btw, my mom thinks that hide's voice is strange. T.T o well i don't really care anyway lol. the good thing is, i now have over 130 songs, so i won't be playing the same one over and over like my family keeps complaining about hehe ^^' basically, the first cd lasts over 5 hours. so i have a lot to chose from.

and i finally got to see tremolo~~~!!! hehehe... i can't stop watching it... i think this would make it the 14th time... that's how good it is! lol. i had to download some program but it's ok... ^^' took me a little while tho. ^^'

guitar tabs
since i last looked there are A LOT of new jrock guitar tabs out there. ^^ hehe so yesterday i downloaded a lot of them. i need to get some program to open some tho... >_>' but now i can play a bunch of laruku/hyde ones... no puraturi unfortunately -_- from laruku/hyde i can play... horizon, spirit dreams inside, shallow sleep, ready steady go (which sounds awful on acoustic btw), neo universe, and niji. i'm learning stay away, finale and hitomi no jyuunin. and i've decided to give up on hello because acoustic kills it. i also know... go and viva rock from naruto (xD i need an electric guitar haha)... change the world from inuyasha (even tho i don't really watch it V6 is kind of cool...) departure, himura kenshin, tactics, sobakasu, 1/2, and 1/3 pure heart emotion from rurouni kenshin. oh, i guess niji counts in there too... haha. oh and i'm learning tidus and yuna's theme on the piano. and departure from kenshin too. wow~~~ i can do so much stuff now that idp is over. lol.

whatever. the main thing is that it's OVER! i'm so happy...

and now that it's done i can get back to going to everyone's sites again! sorry for not coming for a while ^^;

I just realized i haven't been doing any projects for art club! O.O; wow i should start drawing. maybe i can use some of my other pics if i make them nicer looking. like the one of miyavi. hmmmm i need some more ideas... anime, or realism... such a hard decision...

The new featured artist on PopJapan.TV... they're really good ^^ it's kind of cool because they're brothers. The younger brother is even younger than i am! well only by about 8 months, but still... and then the older brother is 16.

it was funny... i was reading about them and this one website was talking about how the younger brother's (Naojirou's) good looks get lots of attention from fans. lol. the younger one reminds me of kent. xD lol, no not really. but kind of... they kind of look the same... maybe it's his hair... ^^;; hmmmmm *thinks about it*

hahahaha no way. naojirou likes "watching corn grow." kent would hate that. lol.

i FINALLY got to see that PV! it's so good ^_^ and ryuutarou is wearing a top hat at the end! hehehe i told you how obsessed with top hats i am right? hehehehe... but really, the song is nice, and the music video fits the song perfectly! ^___^

I found this really great site where you can get guitar tabs for jpop/jrock songs... but i don't have a japanese font set on my computer!! xD i'll have to print it out in computers class when our teacher isn't doing anything x_x he never does tho. yesterday he went on and on about how to spell check our document.

Him: So go into Tools, then...
Class: *talking and doing other stuff*
Him: I don't think people are paying enough attention.

Him: No one is listening to my instructions...

O_O; he JUST figured that out after HOW MANY months of school?!? no one has ever even TRIED to pay attention, because we all know what he's doing and if he tests us then of course we know how to do it! grrrr... i try my hardest to listen to him but it's just so BORING!! it's not like he even knows the stuff. he was teaching us how to undo and someone suggested CTRL-Z and he was like "i am not familliar with that, but i suppose if it works then it is ok"

we need a better teacher. seriously. i think even i could teach the class better than he could.

Happy birthday to... yellowsword!

Sorry.
Sorry for not posting yesterday. my dad kicked me off the computer. lol. he decided that we need to get some firewall for our internet service... and so he bought some. and that messed up our internet but now it's fixed. lol.

hmmmm it seems the instant death project is dragging on and on and on~~~~ xD hahaha if it REALLy was the instant death project then i should have been dead say.... 5 or 6 weeks ago? so i guess that's a good sign.

i have no idea how i'll be in front of all those people, but i THINK i'm more confident now... it all changes when you're up on stage, you know? like... i have it perfectly memorized... but when i get up in front of everyone i can't remember anything and it feels like someone's choking me and something big and pointy is going through my head. it's like.... physically painful for me to be in front of people! o_o;;;

my friend is helping me out with a story. i'll try to get a scanner working so that i can do the screentones and everything. i'll tell you about it when i get more time. i've started a few before but i ended up trashing all of them, and now i can't remember what they were even about! just that the drawings were awful. lol.

Hyde
I don't know how many of you know this but hyde has a dvd out now! it's only $25 so it is a very good price. the only problem is the stupid regional coding. it is region 2 and everything in the us is region 1. however... i heard that you can play it on the computer, with no problems whatsoever! so i'll order it anyway, once i get some money lol.

i also need to get the kurotent dvd's (puraturi stuff again) but those are really really expensive ($60 for the second one and $40 for the first)

hehe well that was half an introduction and half a subject. so anyway... does anyone watch that show? since it's all in japanese i have no idea what they're saying but it's funny anyway! i can tell because everyone is ALWAYS laughing ^^

and one time gackt performed! hehe he laughed a lot too! ^^; and this one time the aflee performed and the host said something like "are you really a guy" in japanese (i dunno if that's the real translation) and was about to like... touch his chest or something, and all the audience started laughing so loudly... lol. my sis was like "that's a GUY? O.O;;"

a lot of good artists perform on there. too bad i can't remember what time it's on xD

painful
yeah. today was PAINFUL. literally. we haven't had p.e. for over a week and she makes us sprint for so long... xD and then since no one knows how to hit the ball correctly (we're doing volleyball now) our arms were SO~~~~ red and sore and everything... haha. but it's ok. it doesn't hurt anymore...

IDP stuff
yeah... i think i'm going to die on friday. not like literally or anything but... we had a presentation today in study skills for practice and i did horribly lol.

i didn't care so much at how bad i was, just that it was almost physically painful to go up and present. i'm not kidding. it seriously hurt to be up there in front of people. my hands kept shaking and i was having a hard time breathing and my mouth went on auto-pilot while i had a big headache xD

haha hopefully i'll do better later.

A Parent's Guide to JRock
I found this online. My parents REALLY need this. I underlined the ones that they need most.

1) Don't worry, your kid probably isn't gay, even though the pics hanging next to their bed looks like girls.

2) Don't get your kid an English CD for their birthday or any other gift giving holiday, they probably won't like it.

3) When they show you a pic of their favorite singer, don't instantly assume that it's a girl, it probably isn't.

4) If you walk into the room while they are on the computer and they minimize the window instantly, don't be offended, it's probably for your own protection.

5) Don't be suprised if their total clothing and make-up style changes

6) If they start speaking a language that is almost English, but not quite, don't worry. Its called "Engrish". You'll get used to it.

7) Don't insult their favorite J-Rockers.

8) When they start talking about Lucifer, they aren't worshiping Satan.

9) Buy more ink jet cartridges for the printer, the more pics the fan has, the happier they will be.

10) Don't be suprised when you can no longer talk to your child about anything except Japan.

11) Be prepared to learn more than you ever had, about something you never wanted to know about.

12) A man in a dress is sexy, no matter what you say, nothing can change that.

13) Don't correct them when they spell the name "hide" with a lower case h, that's how it's done.

14) When they collect scrap fabrics to make plushies, don't worry, they aren't practicing voodoo.

diablo fan arts
well today was cool. i drew two fanarts from diablo. one was of their chibi's (ren and rai's) and the other was of the front cover of the first book. i'll try to get the pics up soon. i'm actually kind of happy about the second one. even though i drew it when i was supposed to be studying japanese... it was all stuff that we were supposed to have memorized over the weekend, and since no one did, she gave us more time. but since i already memorized it... i drew. i guess i shouldn't have. but o well.

realism
well i finished that pic for my friend on dA... i drew it just because i felt like it. i sent it to him and he liked it ^^ i'm so happy. eheheh. because i didn't like the way it turned out. neither did this little kid i was babysitting. he saw it and was like "ahhh! it's a monster!!" xDDDDDDD anyway....



i'm trying to draw more and more realism so i can get good enough to do it without a reference. i'm going to draw another one (that was the first girl i've drawn realistically) so could you help me pick a reference picture? please vote.

grrr
more people asked me about me and that guy on my bus this weekend. how many times do i have to say that i do NOT like him?!? people can be stupid sometimes.

i mean, i don't even like REAL people yet, let alone real people from my SCHOOL!

(note - real means.. not an anime bishounen u_u and real ALSO means... no jrockers?!? and no gothic lolita models?!? *sigh* i'm never gonna like a real person. lol.)

hmm there IS a possibility that i COULD like ONE "real" guy. but he's really far away from me. and the only reason is that my friend, who's never liked a real guy in her life (like me) likes him! and the reason she likes him is that he has jrock hair. i think i talked about this before lol. but no one has jrock hair where i live! no one even LIKES jrock where i live!

and yet there's some guy out there with jrock hair... i want to like a real person with jrock hair. lol. no i don't. no i really REALLY don't. forget i said any of that.

actually... i don't think i'll ever be with anyone for a really long time. and i'm fine with that. there's way too much to be thinking about to be worrying about stuff like this... for example...

IDP Presentation
we have to present soon. and i'm not prepared. i'm never prepared to do stuff like this. i HATE presentations in front of people. even in front of my class of 30 students is hard, but now ALL OF THE 9th GRADE?? that's murder. that really is murder.

and on top of that i should be thinking about...

College
ever sice the 6th grade i've been worried about what college to go to. what to major in. all that stuff. i had hoped to pick at least a major by the time i was in 8th grade.

and guess what.

i still have NO CLUE.

i NEED to pick something. i have to plan my classes for the next four years. i have to start looking into colleges. i can't just not pick one. was that a double negative? can't not? yeah. it was. see i'm going to do horribly on my SAT's lol j/k. depends on what the SAT's are like. i'll hate the essay portion for sure x_X

too bad my parents can't just be what people call the type of parents that want me to be a doctor or a lawyer and decide it for me when i'm like.. 2 years old. and then i could spend all my time striving to become a doctor and having people mad at me for getting a 99%... sure i would probably hate it. but at least i could have another motivation besides myself. bleh.

what am i saying?!?

i'm going crazy i'm sure i am. hehe. which reminds me of...

if they make a deal with diablo then they go crazy at 17 and reach the point of no return at 18. poor ren. poor rai. they were only 7, how were they supposed to know what would happen? *sigh*

they're such bishounen lol. rai is the coolest. even tho the braid wasn't popular i think it's cool. and his glasses are cool too. lol. my friends always say things like "why can't you say that about real people?"

and i say "fine. i love tadashi's glasses."

them: "NO. tadashi doesn't count either."

me: *sigh*

lol well that's ok. i'm content liking my bishounen. besides i can write fanfiction about them lol.

Girl Got Game
aka power. hehe. i read volume 6 today... i borrowed it from a friend... it's cool to have friends with lots of manga, then we all don't have to buy so much. lol.

well i mentioned this before but... yura-kun is the coolest! hehe. xD he is tho. and you know, he's like the only one with black hair in the series, even though it is set in japan! well wait there's hayama... who provides a lot of the humor in the story, but he's not a main character... and then there's also imai, who looks like he had gotten it dyed that brownish color everyone gets it dyed lol. so i guess yura-kun isn't the only one... but that's not why i like him. heh.

i really don't want to spoil anything... but it's a really sad story... even though it's happy too! haha i'm such a contradicting person... ^^; but yeah... his entire personality interests me... especially in volume 6 with the building and-- o wait i just said i didn't want to spoil anything ^^; hehehe

Plastic Tree
^_^ today my dad ordered puraturi's single collection for me ^^ i'm so happy... i want the dvd too! lol. hehe i can buy it on my own... well almost. i'll have to get my dad to order it and then pay him back later ^^; but anyway it's out 12-22

the only problem is he saw my issue of shoxx and was like "THAT'S the group you just ordered?!" in a kind of disgusting way. and then my sister was like "they're so UGLY!" and that went on for about 10 minutes about tadashi's hair and akira's clothes and hiroshi and ryuutarou and all of their faults.

o___O;; look. i don't care if you don't particularly care if you hate puraturi. just don't make me sit through 10 minutes of listing all the ways they look ugly/scary/etc. grr. that got on my nerves.

bleh
i've been drawing with the mouse a LOT lately. it turns out awful looking, but it's fun. lol. and it's a lot easier than the realism x___X haha i've been trying to draw this one girl for a friend and it's not turning out right xD hehe i think i put the eye too far to the right lol. i'll try to put it up here when it's done, although i want to fix my scanner first.

this goes along with the plastic tree section. today my sister complained that i never show her any of my artworks. and then my mom got mad at me.

but there is a reason behind everything. the last picture i showed her was the one of miyavi (i'm sure at least SOME of you saw it right??) and i showed it to her. and she said "It's so UGLY"

so sorry if i don't show it to her, but i don't really appreciate having my work called ugly. whatever. now i guess i have to show her all my pictures so she doesn't get mad at me x___X;;

haha but actually she thinks jrockers are ugly in general. (how dare she?! lol j/k)

Diablo
Today i went to borders and i bought a new manga called Diablo!! i've been waiting to read it for almost a year now~~~! hehehe it's an awesome manga.... kind of violent... and really bloody too... i mean... within the first chapter i think 2 people had died already! Then in chapter two, three more people die!! hehe but it's still really cool... and ren and rai are really cute (x////x) lol. but they are. well to me they are!! ahahaha but i have a really bad habit of loving anime bishounen... hehe so yeah....

it's sad tho... about ren and rai and what happened to them... and what they have to do... *sigh* such a depressing story... and yet it's so good!! but... i think they might become a yaoi couple, the way they're acting o____O;; sorry, all, but i don't like stuff like that.. but i won't get into that... or even the plot! xD you have to read it yourself. and hopefully you won't have to pay $9.99 for it like i did! hehe. i had a really hard time choosing which manga to get. i wanted to get cross too but i have a limited amount of money. in fact i wasn't even supposed to buy one manga! because all of it is supposed to go towards christmas presents!! x___X;;;;

but you know what's really scary?? the girl in the first story is namedchiaki!! the same as in demon ororon! wow. haha. i guess i really like books with main characters named chiaki, ne? xDDDDDDD

revolution
i LOVE watching my old revolution videos (i record revolution every thursdat... and popjapan.tv every friday...)... they're so cool. right now it's lovehollic... i remember watching them the very first time i watched revolution. and i thought the main singer looked like someone i knew. lol. but yeah... when i watch the older ones i remember what i was doing when i was watching these episodes (umm i started watching revolution like a year and a half ago)... like the christmas episode where i missed the first one with sm town (but that was ok because it was only like 2 seconds.. xD).... or the episode where it seemed like they were playing all stuff from tofurecord's jpop cd... i was so happy to see hyde's shallow sleep... or when i saw viva rock! by orange range and my sister was like... "he looks like the guy on one piece or whatever you call it" xDDDDDDDD

or the time when they showed run&gun and i was like "what? he looks like someone i know too!!" hehehe... run&gun's members are really young... the youngest one is like 16 i think... or is it 17? i can't remember. akira is the oldest... 19 now. hmm that reminds me of zone kind of. miyu is 16 right now. but when they debuted, she was only 12! and then there's that other group. i believe they're brothers... and the younger one is younger than i am! well only by about 7 or 8 months but still! xD

x____X korean ballads are so depressing. well at least their music videos... i don't know what they mean so i can't really say ^^; but someone always eds up dying and a lot of time it's a really tragic (and bloody) death x__X but it's true, a lot of times it is a tragic, bloody death xD and most of the time it's the boyfriend who dies. hehehe but they're still cool songs ^^;

Cosplay things
bleh. if i cosplay as ryuutarou i'll be a really REALLY short ryuutarou. x___X i wish i were a little bit taller. i'm even shorter than HYDE! err... i'm 5 feet and hyde i bleh.... x'D lol just decided to put that in the smiley... not that i'm crying but i saw a cut emoticon like that... ^^; maybe i should cosplay as hyde more often. i could look like him more. because i'm short like he is. or even more so. xD hehehe that would be fun tho. because hyde is cool. but i would rather look like ryuutarou x___X; well the old ryuutarou. with his top hats and wings and paleness and haircut and yeah... hehehe i guess a lot of you wouldn't know... ^^;

sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep
hehehe well now that idp is over i can talk about how much i want to sleep again xD lol. i don't know why i bother waking up so early in the morning on the weekends (6:30) not like there's anything to do that early... nobody's online and i can't do much in case i wake everyone up xD and then on school days i wake up really late xD (7:15) maybe it's psychological. i mean i've always liked school enough but... maybe subconciously i really don't want to go o___O'' o well. i guess i'll never know. i don't care much anyway. just that i'm sleepy now x_X

more people are bothering me about that guy on my bus. well actually they aren't. but kent says that i like some guy from my old school. and i don't. i spoke maybe 4 words to him, and that's because we had to do some lab for science together. grrrr... stuff like this happense all the time...

Kent: "how is it with you and ippo?" (ippo is the one from my old school)
Me: "...?!?"
Kent: "you know... your relationship with him..."
Me: "my what?!?"
Kent: "you know you like him... i should call him now and tell him *pulls out cell phone* *on phone* "hello, ippo? (my name here) likes you!"
Me: "but i don't like him..."
Kent: hahahahahahaha j/k!!

and then he shows that he never really called him... it's so funny! lol~ but really i think they should just forget about it...
