Hm, it's been a while, hasn't it? Sorry. Been setting up my blog with greymatter on Yuki's domain and studying for finals. Last one is tomorrow. So anyway, here's what's happened on Saturday:

I started playing DDR and got through about 10 songs, various difficulties. I was going to stop, and then I decided I may as well try to pass Rythm and Police again, since I've been trying for so long. And I passed. With a C. And now I feel like I'm about to collapse. But the impartant part is: I passed.

So anyway. Saturday was Joe's birthday party. He had so many gaming systems there, since everyone brought something. Naturally, I stayed in the DDR room most of the time. ^^; But there were also 2 GameCubes, an XBox, a Playstation, a movie, and a basketball hoop.

It took me a little while, but I started playing against a few people. And...

I got to PWN Mike!!

It was crazy. Twice, too. I wasn't expecting that, since I've alwaysed considered him so much better than me. *shrug*

We also got Wendy to play, and for a beginner, she was really good. She skipped Beginner level all the way up to Light, and got almost all perfects! I thought she was ready for Standard, but she wanted to keep playing Light. Becca and Arnie played, too, but not a lot. Becca played more than Arnie did, who was busy with Soul Calibur II.

Meanwhile, Brian, Mike, and Michael were trying to convince me to eat chocolate and/or Cheeze-it (sp) crackers. But of course I said no since that stuff is bad for you ^^; hahaha. They wanted me to have pizza for dinner but I ended up having half a Subway sandwich XDDD

I met this guy named David and we got to be friends really quickly. We ended up becoming DDR partners and always played against each other. We had so many different conversations about DDR stuff... lol. We exchanged phone numbers/email/AIM addresses, so.. yeah. He seems a lot more laid back than Mike does, too. Mike tends to get really stressed out about DDR sometimes, whereas David just kind of accepts things as they are I guess. I kind of worry about Mike sometimes...

But anyway, Mike took up the habit of um... rubbing my head?? o.O; He tends to really mess up my hair when he does that... haha. But anyway, he claims it's good luck or what not... eheheh... >> Brian was trying to fix my hair but then it never stayed fixed since Mike kept messing it up again. Once he got ice cream in my hair too... >>;

When it was time it was time for dessert and presents, we went over to where the presents were. Joe got a new DDR pad, plus lots of cash and some Magic cards. Everyone ate cake, but David and I decided on strawberries instead. Mike saw my plate and was like "You ate a single strawberry for dessert??" but David and I got addicted to the strawberries and went through an entire bowl of them! o.O;

We went back to the DDR room and noticed that the M&M's were almost gone. And then eventually they were all gone, at which point Brian asked me if I had had any M&M's, cake, or ice cream. I said no, and he told me he was worried I don't get enough sugar o.O;

It was nearly time to go, but David's brother came, and played some DDR. He. Was. So. Good. He could do all those turns and whatever and then he played Legend of Maxx on Heavy~!! o.o; I was jealous. haha.....

At that time, it was about time to go home... so yeah.

I want to have another party like that. It was fun. ^^
