Sexism, racism, favouritism and my 2 P.E teachers
I had double P.E today as my last lessons, at the start of the term we were allowed to choose whether we wanted to do football, basketball, hockey or gymnastics; I wanted to do basketball as it's the only one I'm half decent at but my friend wanted to do football because the guy she fancies was doing it. Somehow she managed to persuade me to do football with her... the whole group consisted of boys with me and Jaide the only girls there. The head of P.E said that if we weren't happy we could change to another group. Just one hour in I had had enough of the stupid bigheaded lot all swearing and each thinking they were the world's best footballer; so naturally I went and asked if I could change to basketball, The answer I got was "no"... five minutes later Fazal one of the boys in our group came up to our football teacher and said that the head of P.E had allowed him to change groups... this of course made me angry. I let it go and I carried on the football. Today I begged the head of P.E to let me move groups and he said "you have to wait until after christmas". When I got out onto the field I found that three more of the boys from our football group had changed to basketball. I was furious, he had just told me I that I couldn't move groups, yet he had allowed those guys to... the thing was is that they were all boys, all Muslims and were all really great at P.E, a coincidence... I think not. So this is the reason for the title of my post... my head of P.E is sexist, racist and picks favourites. By this time I was seething and completly refused to play football, my teacher had a go at me and I just waved his comments aside as I was to angry to really care, he just gave me the silent treatment and I left the lesson in a pretty bad mood. I plan on confronting our head of P.E on tuesday for the reasons explained in this post and he better be prepared because my bad side is really really bad... you don't wanna go there.
