My wallpaper
I totally made a wallpaper. it's under the category video games, and it's about half life 2, specificly the game's coolest character, the G MAN. It kinda sukcs, but im proud of it. ill try to make more, cause its fun. Anyway, i just thought i'd throw it out there that im now in the wallpapermaking buisness. That's pretty much all.

FINALLY
I've long awaited this day. The day that i can finally ditch my old site music, and move on to new better things.

I have finally been able to put new music on my site thanks to the long awaited repair of the site that has provided me with my music,

Musicgalore.net.

This new song is by my favorite band, Rage Against the Machine. They were around in the 90s and broke up in 2000. It's called Guerrilla Radio, and it's probibly my favorite song by them. It's off their third album, The Battle of Los Angeles, and I love the song, so enjoy, if not the song, atleast a change, Guerrilla Radio.

My newfound obsession
Recently (a couple of months ago to be exact) i was channel surfing, and i found a program on T.V. about black people, and their culture in the 80s. for some reason, i loved this program and terribly wanted to know more about black people and thier culture (i am white incase you havn't guessed). By black people, i don't mean suburb, privite school black. im talking about NYC Brooklyn, P.S. 42 my mom sells crack and I dont know my dad black. Sorry if this sounds racist or steriotypical, but that is what the program described the ghetto black community as. Anyway, the point is that i am now unusually interested with the culture of blacks in the ghetto, and really want to learn more about it, so in the past few weeks, i have seen (again sorry for sounding racist, but i do not mean to be) black people movies. Movies about blacks in the ghetto, and their everyday struggle just to get by. Movies like Hoop Dremas, a real life documentary about two ghetto kids with longshot dreams go get into the NBA, and a Spike Lee joint Do The Right Thing about a racially divided neighborhood, and their trying to form a community together.

Tonight, i am going to see another classic black movie Boys N The Hood. I am not really sure what it's about, but I hear it's good, so i am looking forward to it.



I am especially Interested in black culture from the late eighties (Public Enemy Era) to the Mid 90s (around the shootings of 2pac and Biggie).

I would like to once again appologize for possibly offending anyone, but this post was not aimed in that direction. I simply wanted to state my interest in learning about new things. Such as different cultures, and lifestyles. If anoyone knows any good black films, it would be nice to reccomentd me of them.

Champloo
did anyone catch last night's samurai champloo? if you did, can you please explain to me what the hell was up with the random sex ed. lesson? for anyone didn't see it, i'll fill you in.

It was a falshback episode (one of the ones where they fill you in on all that has happened thus far on samurai champloo) so it started out pretty normal, Jin and Maugen were talking and they found Fuu's diary, they read it, and the diary acted as the summary of what has happened on the show. So, that went on for a while, but then for some random compleatly unjustified reason, the narrator started talking about how modern day japan was becoming too sexy, and how they were just returning to their old roots from the ancient times. Then they showed all these weird images of japaneese people having sex, and girls in short skirts. it was just too odd. here are some of the images on the show.





Those are Nearly the exact images shown on last night's episdoe of Samurai Champloo.

Weird right? Normally, i wouldnt have been that disturbed by it, but this wasn't under normal circumstances. MY DAD WAS WATCHING IT WITH ME. IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO AKWARD. He was down there cause he wanted to watch snl, but i told him champloo only comes on once a week, so he let me watch it. It was just creepy. I dont need to go into details, but you can imagine it for yourself.

Any way, the whole situation was ODD to say the least, so if anyone who saw the whole episode (i changed the channel on the first commercial and never turned back) can tell me why that happened and what happened after that, i would be thankful. Anyone who didnt see it, i would like it if you can try to give me an explination.

Another Vacation
Again i wasn't able to post in a while 'cause of another stupid vacation. you'd think a vacation by the carribian in an exotic hotel would be fun, but no, it wasn't. all i wanted too do was come home and play video games. i missed hom... a lot. i've been away too much. it SUCKS. thankfully, that was the last summer trip, but after so much traveling, i dont want to go away again for like another year. vacation bites.

i'm back
Yesterday i posted about my vacation, and today, i will do the same, but different.

after i returned from georgia, i got to stay home for like 2 days. i wanted to post, but i really wanted to catch up with my friends, and i just didnt have the time to post. after i got my 2 days of rest, it was off to michigan. my church is part of a program where churches from all around the country pitch in their support for the less fortounate, and help repair houses. a few of my friends and i were all part of this program. of course our motovation for going wasn't simply aiding the needy. there were girls there. lots of 'em. and i accually talked to a few ^^. there were also some nice guys there too. i met one guy who likes star wars (he was kind of a loser though) and another nice kid who has an xbox live account. that was cool. but overall, the experiance kinda sucked. i'll break it down: Day 1: ride on a bus all day from 6 30 until like 7 and in the process play 7+ hours straight of uno (that is a factual statement). Day 2: take another long crappy busride and arrive at workcamp, only to realize that the only source of entertainment is sleep. Workcamp week (cause they're all the same): wake up at 6 45 to an alarm of a very very annoying womang going "WAKEY WAKEY WORKCAMPERS" and then after hearing a stupid song about either worms, cheeseburgers, an apple losing his hairbrush, or something inbetween. Then, eat a crappy crappy breakfast, gather the lunch for my crew, and load out to the worksite by 8. The work was tiring, moreso expected. i was so tired after the first day of work that i had to take a three hour nap. after the exhausting work, i would usually sleep for an hour, talk with friends, mabye eat a crappy crappy crappy dinner (usually not though) go to sleep for another hour, and then... devotions. devotions were the worst part of this whole experiance and (pardon the spelling) made me become egnostic. every night at 730 we were packed into the gym for an embaressing slide show and christian rock. a guy named tom and a few of his buddies would go up there and sing songs about god. they had lyrics liike oh god i love you and you're the greatest god, i want to serve you. it was so ridiculous. i really couldnt stand it. but the worst part was, that all the other morons in the gym were singing along with him. *shudders* bad memories. I was pretty homesick, so it was great to get back. well, that's my mission trip, i'll probibly go again next year (for the girls) so, i guess you'll get to hear about it again.

P.S. me and some kids in my group got into an argument about what to address cola as. soda or pop? i say soda.

P.P.S. Holy shit. it feels good to say that, because at CHRISTIAN workcamp, we were all terribly afraid to curse, in the fear that a devout christian might hear us, and report us or something. stupid i know, but you try hearing wakey wakey evermorning, and you'll be a little paranoid too.

I'm Back!!!!!
Holy Shit (it feels great to say that i'll explain why later) it is sooo awesome to be home. Before i tell you all (out of the georgia spirit by now) about my vacation, i want to express my deepest regreat for not being able to post. I hope you guys didn't think i quit. that makes me sick. so again, im really sorry i havnt updated in so long, but i couldnt... i was on vacatin.

Georgia was cool, i got to spend a lot of time with my cousins, and swim in a big river. i like some of my cousins, others just piss me off. I have two younger cousins, both girls, one is nice, but one is annoying. she tries to be punk rock, that relly bothers me. i have an older girl cousin who i hate. she's only a year older than me, but she treats me like i'm a little kid. She thinks she's like in college or sometihg. i hate it. I have a younger boy cousin, he's like 5. he's really cute (yeah i said cute, wanna make something of it?) and i play with him a lot. i have a much older boy cousin, he's in college, and plays in a metal band. he's really good at the guitar, and he plays video games and stuff. he's pretty cool. i have another older girl cousin. she is in college, but she treats me as more of an equal than my other older girl cousin. the one is college is really nice, she's probibly my favorite, i didnt get to spend much time with her. mabye next time.

so that was pretty much georgia, but wait... there's MORE!! i think i'll tell you guys tomarrow, this post is too long already. Oh, and about holy shit, i'll explain that tomarrow as well.

I'm Leaving
Sorry everyone, but i'm going to georgia until wednesday. so, i probibly won't post for a while, not that i post that much anyway. we were suppossed to leave last wenesday, but there was a storm, the flight was cancelled, and now i don't have to take a 2hr. flight that begins at 10.
