Bleach Episodes
Well I just got done watching bleach 50 yesterday and its seems they are not going to wrap this up in 4 seasons. The show was another filler about the kidz and that crazy Don TV star character.
With so much left to do it seems like they will not be able to pack it all in 2 episodes. With the saving of Rukia and the others to getting out and going home. Maybe they can do it but I doubt it. They could take this to 8 season if they wanted to at the pace they seem to be going.
Well at least I know the next episode goes back to the original story.

Chronic Illness and Martial Arts
It's Ikari here from Longshot Media Labs and I wanted to give you a run down on how it is to be chronically ill (pain in my case) and practice matial arts.
First thing I did was take up an internal martial art which is usually low impact. Their are many and the most famous of which is Tai-Chi. That's right for those of you who don't know but Tai-Chi is actually a martial arts. My style is a bit older, about a millineum ago compared to a few hundred years for Tai-Chi, and comes from Wudang(Wutang) Mountain and is called Free Palm. There are DVDs available on it if you search as it workls well for me as a displaced disc (pinched spine) patient.
I sometimes do light (and I mean light) sparring with my spouse who does another form of Wudang arts. Along with some basic drills and the form. So keep it low impact and you will find that even ill it's not impossible to practice martial arts and the first place to look is internal martial arts and do not expect to become a master. That is the way that works well for me and I am sure others. Even my doctors agree it's a good thing.
So for those of you with illnesses get off your butt and take advantage of what the eastern culture offers.
Best Regards,
Ikari
