What I think of your picture - well, everyone needs to begin somewhere. Asking other people for opinons is a good start! My advice is to keep right on drawing. Practice can NEVER be overrated. If you're really serious about it, invest in a sketchbook. Try doodling anime, real people sitting next to you, whatever catches your eye.
(As for being a Bakura addict...can't help you there, although I certainly don't blame you!)
