OKay... you want some help, you asked? OK, to get an avatar, just find any picture around the internet, no scanner needed, left click, and 'save to my computor' under 'my pictures.' Chances are, this pic isn't gonna be a .jpg which is needed. Just go to 'paint' in a new window, open up the file that has the avatar, sketch/skew it so it fits the size limits, and then 'save as' a .jpg.

My other pictures are quiz results, and thats a tad simpler. Just copy and paste the html code, which comes with your answer.

I also advise getting some color on your site. I think it's under 'edit style' or something like that on the left side of your backroom.
