Bio/Notes Hiei is a demon, and a fairly speedy one at that. He is originally part of the group that steals the treasures from Koenma's vault, and in particular, Hiei steals the Demon Sword, allowing him to create demon slaves from whatever the blade touches. His headband covers his mysterious third eye, known as a Jagan. This third eye gives him incredible power, and when combined with the other eyes covering his body (which serve to amplify the power of his main Jagan), Hiei is quite possibly Yusuke's most formidable opponent. But not for long. When given the oppertunity for a pardon from Koenma, Hiei agrees to join Kurama in assisting Yusuke on his cases, and his loyalty and trustworthyness are tested early and often. Hiei's primary weapon is his sword, with which he is extremely deadly. Couple that with his blinding speed, and he becomes a powerfull Ally to Yusuke and crew, though he's not always percieved as such due to his somewhat evil and selfish nature. Hiei has a fear of Kurama, which leads him to choose to work with the red haired demon instead. Kurama, after all, stands the best chance of finishing him off for good...
