This week's series: Beck

Hey y'all! How's it going? My day was alright... tho the weather is a bit hot... been like this for a few days now. And you'd think that summer woud be over by now... oh well.

Anyway... um... we had to work in groups during class and then do a little presentation of our subject (each group had a different one) at the end of the class. It wasnt too bad... tho I dont like presentations. This assignment is not over yet tho... the groups have to do more research and improve on what was done during class... put it on paper and hand it in by the end of next week... that's just great (note sarcasm) oh well, at least my group is pretty good.

This week's anime series is Beck. I only saw the first episode of it and I never read the manga... but it does look pretty good... and I heard some good things about it too.
[Synopsis]
Tanaka Yukio, better known by his nickname Koyuki is a 14 year old who feels disconnected from life in general. Through the act of saving a mismatched dog, he meets guitarist Minami Ryuusuke, and becomes involved in Ryuusuke's new band BECK. Koyuki's life starts to change as the band struggles towards fame.

Hey y'all! How's it going? I'm quite alright... had an okay day. Hmm, nothing much to talk about... I worked on some graphics and stuff... then I watched some One Piece episodes, it's a great anime. Heh, I havent even watched all the new anime series I have (refer to some previous post).

And that's it... well, actually no... heh, got a surprise for you, lol. Okay, the thing is, I've been working on this collaboration pic with Katie... she drew and I coloured. First time, doing a collab pic... and first time colouring too (first pic coloured dont count cos it sucks, lol). Hey y'all! How's it going? Having a nice weekend so far? Well, mine's alright I guess... pretty nice weather too... kinda. Anyways, as to what's been happening... heh, I went to the cinema for the first time in a while... I went to see Aeon Flux... I had planned to see Underworld at first but they're gonna stop screening Aeon Flux so I figured I'd go see it before they do. Well, it was a pretty good movie... hot chick kicking asses! Lol *cough* anyway... um, yeah, interesting story and nice special effects... and cool outfit, lol.

Other than that... oh yeah, I downloaded Bleach chapter 218... awesome stuff... there's this major fight going on... I dont wanna spoil it so I wont say more. And I worked on some graphics some more... looking good... expect a new wallpaper soon.

I guess that's it huh... I should try and do some more research for that project of mine *sigh* lol... well, have a nice day and a great weekend everyone!

Hey y'all! How's it going? Everything going well here... for the most part. We're having some good weather over here... which is good to have once in a while.

Anyway... about my day... nothing much going on. Class was boring as usual, lol. Even worse, I couldnt draw cos it's a different room and I'd get spotted if I did. Ah! And no wall to lean against, haha. The good thing tho, was that we got to leave early (something about another class booking the same room) so we only had one hour instead of two ^^ (and yeah, we have two-hour classes -_-). I have this project due next week tho *sigh* I hate projects... oh well.

Other than that, I spent my time either on the computer or playing guitar... yep, fun.

Hey, LadyMalik came back after leaving myO for a while... she's looking for friends so if you could visit her site it would be great.

This week's anime series: Elfen Lied

Hey y'all! How's it going? Had a nice monday? Heh. Well, I had an okay day... tho class was boring... I was leaning against the wall through most of it, lol. We had a lot writting to do too... but that didnt keep me from drawing, haha... I sit at the back of the class so it's all good.

Other than that... um, I've been playing guitar... I need to perfect that song, heh. Also, I've been searching the internet for some more guitar tabs.
Hmm, I havent played PS2 for like... a month now... wow, that's a new record, lol... the only times the PS2 is on is for watching DVDs.

This week's series is Elfen Lied. I only saw the first episode of it actually... but it looked pretty good... well, I did hear it was a good series.
[Synopsis]
A humanoid test subject known as a Diclonius escapes from a lab somewhere, protected by some sort of supernatural powers. She literally paves her way through a sea of blood of her own making and falls into a sea after a failed attempt of stopping her permanently with a sniper.
A while later, the two cousins Kouta and Yuka comes over a naked girl with a peculiar set of horns on her head standing in the ocean. Without the ability to say anything but "nyu" and looking quite lost and forelorn, the two take her with them to their home, name her... well, Nyu, and let her live with them.
What they quickly learn, however, is that some sort of organization is after Nyu. And Nyu herself seems to have another personality within her. Who is Nyu? WHAT is Nyu? And just what is going on?

Hey y'all! Wassup? Had a nice weekend yet? Mine was... alright. The weather changed again... that's right, it's sunny again... oh well. Anyway, nothing much going on... I've been playing guitar... there's this song that I'm trying to play... it's not a hard song and I'm getting the hang of it.

Hey y'all! How's it going? I'm pretty good I guess... well, it's raining again... yeah, go figure. Anyway, I didnt post yesterday... my bad ^^' it's not like there's a lot to talk about anyway.

Let's see... I went to the mall and bought an anime movie... The Place Promised In Our Early Days. I've been wanting to see it for a while and I finally got it. And well, it's a good movie... good story and awesome graphics... if you didnt see it, you should check it out.
Other than that, I downloaded a few chapters... Tenjho Tenge 38 and The Dawn (Hellsing) 1-5.

And that's pretty much it... sorry it's short but I dont have much time... I dunno if I'll be able to visit ^^' we'll see. Anyway, have a great day and an awesome weekend!

Hey y'all! How's it going? I'm okay I guess. The weather is sunny again... it went from raining pretty bad to sunny... just like that... weird stuff, lol. Anyway... I didnt post/visit yesterday because I was busy working on that one assignment... quite a pain in the a$$... that's what I get for procrastinating... I actually had a whole week to complete it, haha ^^'. Well, I finished and printed it out, so it's all good.

Oh, guess what I saw! The first episode of Hellsing Ultimate!! Man, it's so awesome! [By the way, in case you dont know, Hellsing Ultimate is an OVA series that Geneon is working on at the moment and they released the first episode in Japan] I watched it a few times, especially the Alucard-kicking-ass scenes. The episode is about 50 minutes long and covers the events in volume 1 of the manga.
