Hey y'all! Sup? This here page is hinaru's myOtaku, make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay, lol. Anyway, I'm a 22 year old college student, currently living in NZ for, well, college actually. I obviously like anime and manga and also video games. I play guitar and draw too, I'm not too bad either, lol. And that's pretty much all there's to know... for now.
Anime series I like include Hellsing, Bleach, Naruto, Trinity Blood, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop... and more.
Video games I like include the Final Fantasy series, Devil May Cry series, Onimusha series, Metal Gear Solid series, Guilty Gear, Kingdom Hearts... and some others
This week's series: Gunparade March
Hey y'all! How's it going? I'm good. Oh, we actually got some sun... I dont mind the rain but it's nice to get some sun once in a while. Anyway... how my monday went... it was alright, tho class was a bit boring, lots of writting involved. Oh yeah, he handed back those reports... remember 2 weeks ago when I stopped posting so I could finish it? Yeah, the one I had to do during the break. Well, I actually did pretty good on it! I was surprised cos I thought it sucked when I finished it, lol... but yeah, I'm glad it turned out better than I thought. Two more projects to go... we may not get the last one cos of the time we have left before exams but I'm not counting on that... he'll find a way to give it to us somehow, meh lol.
Other than that... I got nothing, lol. This week's anime series is Gunparade March. Anyone heard about it? Anyway, I started re-watching it (got the DVDs) and so I thought I'd use it for this week. It's pretty good, but it's kinda short tho... only 12 eps.
[Synopsis]
In 1945, World War II abruptly ended when an alien race appeared on Earth and began to slaughter the human population. The year is 1999 - 54 years later, mankind is still fighting to survive against the alien forces. Earth forces now use advanced mecha called Humanoid Walking Tanks (HWTs) to combat the invaders, but throughout the ordeal, far too many pilots have been killed in action. As a result, high school students are now recruited to become HWT pilots. Gunparade March follows the lives of the 5121st Platoon, who have just added a mysterious girl named Mai Shibamura to their ranks.

Like I said, it's pretty good and it's funny too in some parts. Check it out sometime.
