Hey y'all! Sup? This here page is hinaru's myOtaku, make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay, lol. Anyway, I'm a 22 year old college student, currently living in NZ for, well, college actually. I obviously like anime and manga and also video games. I play guitar and draw too, I'm not too bad either, lol. And that's pretty much all there's to know... for now.
Anime series I like include Hellsing, Bleach, Naruto, Trinity Blood, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop... and more.
Video games I like include the Final Fantasy series, Devil May Cry series, Onimusha series, Metal Gear Solid series, Guilty Gear, Kingdom Hearts... and some others
Hey y'all! How's it going? Ah, I havent posted all week, have I? Sorry if I didnt get to sites. Anyway, my week wasnt that good... a lot of crap happening. Where to start... the weather kinda sucked... even tho we did get some sun for a while but that didnt last and it's raining again. Next, school... okay, remember the specialisation project that I chose for the semester? Well, as it turns out, my partner for the project cancelled out on me. When I saw the supervisor, he told me that my partner just changed project... what the fcuk, right? And since it's a two-people project, I couldnt continue on my own (some projects you can work alone on them but not this one). And if that wasnt enough, the deadline for choosing the project was last week, so I was pretty much in some deep shit. Needless to say, I was pissed off... I wanted to break stuff. >_> Anyway, so I go see the program leader (of the Engineering department) and tell him about it. He told me that everyone were already in groups... but then he told me that he could make an exception (this mess wasnt my fault after all) and have me join an existing pair to make a three-person project... so I still had some hope left. He told me about a project that might accept a third person and that I had to go see the supervisor for that particular project. Which I did. So I expalin the situation and ask if I could join the project. But he told me no! That two students was enough. By then, I really thought that that was it for me *sigh* I went back to the program leader and told him that I didnt get it. So what he did was that he phoned that same teacher to see if he had another project I could join... at this point, I thought "any project will do, just find me something". And yes! He had one! So basically I had to go back and see him again to talk about the project and stuff. Phew... everything worked out fine in the end. Oh yeah, we were supposed to write a "Project Proposal" which was due yesterday... and well, that's when I got my project, yesterday... eh, so they gave me an extension heh. So yeah, a lot of running around this week, and stressing out (all of this happened over the week). But man, truth be told, I was thinking of just giving up and dropping out. ^^; Glad I didnt. And thank goodness the test we were supposed to take on thursday was postponed to next thursday (he told us last week) I had enough stuff to worry about.
Oh, I'll be meeting my projects partners on tuesday... I dunno who they are but from their names, they're asians... heh this should be cool.
Ah, this post got pretty long... sorry about the ranting. ^^; Well there you have it... what's been happening this week... a lot of stress. Things worked out fine in the end but I'm still kinda pissed about what happened tho... ah well.
