Greetings, you made it to hinaru's myOtaku, thank you for stopping by. Anyway, I'm a 22 year old college student, currently living in NZ for, well college actually. I obviously like anime and manga and also video games. I play guitar and draw too, I'm not too bad either, I think. And that's pretty much all there's to know... for now.
Anime series I like include Hellsing, Ergo Proxy, Bleach, Naruto, Trinity Blood, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop... and more.
Video games I like include the Final Fantasy series, Devil May Cry series, Onimusha series, Metal Gear Solid series, Guilty Gear, Kingdom Hearts... among others.

Hey, how's it going? Heh, I still have that cough. Other than that, I'm alright. Anyway, we actually finished our classes... exams are next week. >_< So I'm not gonna be online because, well, I need to study. After that, the school year will officially be over! Wish me luck =P
Okay, I said I'd post about day 2 of the convention so I'm gonna go straight to that now. Fell free to skip this part tho.

It was pretty much the same, wake up at 7:30, get there at 8:30 and get into the queue and wait for 9:00 for the doors to open. Oh, but while we were waiting in line, we spotted cosplayers!
Catwoman and Lulu from FFX, pretty cool.
Anyway, the door opened and got in within 5 minutes. Once inside, there was the same stuff... I stopped by that one stand and watch the Hellgate London trailer again... seriously, that game looks kick-ass. Then on to level 2 and checking out the video games. The trailers for the PS3 looked so cool, with great graphics. Oh, then I played Scarface (PS2) for a while and it was pretty cool. Anyone seen the movie? Awesome stuff, right?
On the next level, it was the celebrity guests signing area.
And there she is, Summer Glau from Firefly. I didnt get her autograph tho ;_;
Some of the other guests. If you're familiar with Stargate SG-1 (I think that's what they're from ^^;), you might recognise these guys. Oh, and there's the 'french woman' from Lost too.
Then I went to check out some more anime goodies... man, there were so many cool figurines! There was one of Saber from Fate / Stay Night which was awesome... but I didnt buy. Oh, and there was also an anime DVD stand, with discount prices! And well, you cant just let this opportunity pass you by, lol. So yeah, I bought the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex complete collection... 7 DVDs in one box ^^
After all the walking around and buying stuff, I went and sat down in the animation room and watched some anime. I dont quite remember everything they showed but I know I had already seen them before. I know there was Ghost in the Shell: Innocence, Tenjho Tenge among others. There was this anime called Erementar Gerad which and I never saw before... eps 1 and 2. Pretty good. Mai Hime and Gundam Seed Destiny.
And that's pretty much it for day 2. Sorry there isnt that many pics. Actually, there are other photos but they're either of the same things I've already shown or they came out blurry. But there's quite a lot for day 3, mostly because the cosplay contest took place that day among other fun stuff, so look forward to that lol. After I'm done with the exams of course tho.
Oh wait! I bought anime t-shirts too!
SOS Brigade! Yes, get jealous, heh. When I saw it, I just HAD to get it XD If you dunno what anime that's from, it's Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Check it out.
RahXephon. This one was pretty cheap too.
